Why the fuck did you watch Milky Holmes instead of Lawrence Of Arabia The shit taste in this thread, jesus
I didn't think Tusk could get any better then I saw the subs. [sp]I did seriously not expect Tusk to brag about banging Ange, that was just too perfect.[/sp]

I dunno who Ange is though, is she from LoL or something? You reading some fanfic boy?

Also, I am sure fanfiction has better writing than that of cross ange
Masaaka Yuasa (ping pong and tatami galaxy director) is making a movie, no info yet but i'm sure it will be good. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2015-03-22/ping-pong-director-masaaki-yuasa-makes-new-anime-film/.86255
why is anime so shit
why is anime so shit
I blame everyone that doesn't share the exact same tastes as me.
why is anime so shit
cause your waifu is shit duh
cause your waifu is shit duh
i will shank you
so I just finished watching mahouka and I must say it was a really really good show 10/10 Mahouka's MC makes Kirito look like a deeply flawed and weak character and it's fucking great
why is anime so shit
I know right? Why I watch good anime like Steven Universe and Adventure Time.
I have completed season 1 of milky holmes and upon retrospect, I ask why?
If you felt even mildly entertained by S1, make sure to watch S2, it cranks up the crazy to levels previously unexperienced by humans. S3 doesn't exist though, don't even think about even considering the fact S3 exists. Alternate universe also does not exist, it is not a thing, it is not real. TD is sort of okay, I guess.
man I'm completely lost on log horizon ever since I picked it back up halfway through since I stopped watching it due to being busy with school.
I'm not sure how I feel about this week's Maria. [sp]It feels kinda like the "power of love restores her everything" thing was a bit of a cop-out load of bullshit, but at the same time I'm glad her and Joseph are finally being a bit more open about their feelings, and aren't dead.[/sp]
Man, Akame ga Kill has some beast soundtracks. [vid]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7536024/anime/10.%20共闘.mp3[/vid]
I'm still debating if Parasyte's OST wins OST of the year for 2014, I mean Space Dandy was really fucking good, but idk.
Ping Pong had my favorite ost of 2014 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62qWI7CpIds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yybGF4PmaRo etc
Ping Pong had my favorite ost of 2014 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62qWI7CpIds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yybGF4PmaRo etc
Really wish I could have liked ping pong more(watched it once drunk, then once sober), but it came off as super predictable, cliche as all get out, and the animation was that of 80's MTV cartoon shows. I understand people like it but damn, it really was one of the most unoriginal animes of 2014.
How was it unoriginal?
The only thing I didn't like was [sp]Peco playing with a leg injury against Dragon, after not training for a while except for briefly before the tournament, winning and not getting any complications from the leg injury. They could have also made it more logical if Dragon knew his girlfriend left him and he was not focused on the game anymore, or if something happened to his leg, or if he lost. It's hard for me to accept that everything went right for him.[/sp]
You must've watched very few shows last year if you thought it was unoriginal.
I don't think that has much to do with it since you can pretty much guess how it will end in the first few episodes since I just got the "Rocky" vibe from it. I won't say if you like it then your tastes are bad or whatever, but to me it just came off really bland. I mean, it wasn't BAD but it really wasn't that outstandingly good. I'll admit I don't have as deep(good) as tastes as most of FA, I just watch anime on Saturdays drinking with friends 80% of the time. However, Ping Pong just really wasn't that great just really predictable and no characters were likable/made you think. [editline]22nd March 2015[/editline]
How was it unoriginal?
You changed your post so I will respond [sp] 1. Yutaka was the praised champ by the "robot" for the first bit, and there was little to no reason to care about this praise until a bunch of episodes in, way more than it should have been. You can basically tell by this whole "Man this dude who is a loser is so great!" cliche will come back if you ever have seen Rocky or Die Hard. 2. Yutaka just is only shown running up and down stairs a few times but can now win a tournament??? This makes no sense, little to no ping pong or reflex training was actually shown. 3. MC tries to kill himself and is miraculously saved because people knew exactly where he was and when and also know CPR and how to deep sea dive???? I still find myself scratching my head at this episode because there is much plot convenience for this episode. I get if if you are something like Cross Ange or Code Geass where shit is just off the wall all the time, but not in a SoL anime at least try to be like Barakamon. [/sp] Then again, it's fine if you like the show and enjoy the fuck out of it if you do, I just didn't really think it was all that good.

I started watching Hunter x Hunter(2011) it's pretty good
[sp]What are you talking about he trains for, like, months at a specialized training facility and completely changes his playing style as a result[/sp]
[sp]I'll watch it again, but I remember that only being like 1 episode and him going "I need to be better" or some stupid shit.[/sp]
Do you not know what a montage is? It's not like they're going to [sp]dedicate 6 episodes to him training in the wilderness with some hermit ping pong master like it's goddamn dragonball or something.[/sp]
