That last episode had about $5 worth of budget, didn't it?
Death Parade, on the other hand, was fantastic, even if it was open-ended.
Rolling Girls felt like they should have spent more time on the main characters and chosen a better ending.

It was rough in areas and I'm pretty sure they looped that one punching animation like three times but other than that it showed a consistently higher budget than the other areas. Apparently they got rushed though so expect a cleaned up version in the BDs.

I tried watching The Inspector once. Having absolutely no idea what's going on since I guess it assumes you played the games was the first obstacle. The second was the ridiculous level of fanservice. I could push through the fact that nearly every female character had nipples pointing through their clothes. And then this happened.

You should calibrate your monitor. Chances are you are probably seeing a lot of things in a way that they weren't intended to be seen by the person who designed them.
