i have decided on a whim that i wanted to watch highschool dxd since watching trash gives me motivation to write something that's worth a damn but now at the last second i'm getting second thoughts about this decision
it honestly feels like i'm slowly yet dilligently loading up a revolver and putting it against my head to play russian roulette HELP
Man why can't my hand get infected with an alien parasite that turns me into [sp]a superpowered hunk who fights monsters and makes the girls hearts go doki doki. No actually seriously, that island girl knew him for less than a week what the fuck.[/sp]

I like DxD. This episode of BorN was the reminder that I do. It's a fun show with nice humor on the nose ecchi and a lot and I mean A LOT of backstory and lore. Personally I prefer Daimidaler to DxD (made by the same people) since Daimidaler I find to be a lot more clever and well, I prefer a Seinen parody than a parody of Shounen's.
DxD is nice though nevertheless. But it's just fine, it's not amazing or really good. It's just good.
I wonder what I would think of Code Geass if I watched it now instead of back when I was younger.
I wonder if it would've still have been a rollecoaster of a ride

tbh I'd rather have powers to be able to turn into a demon
and I would also need rad sideburns with it

That was literally me two hours ago, just watched the first three episodes and it's great
Got a chance to listen to the Euphonium OP and ED.
The instruments are good but the vocals are super generic j-pop. Not a good combination. I'll just wait for the instrumentals and listen to that instead.
KyotoAni is generally pretty decent with their music, although they've kinda been slacking for the last few series.

If Sound Euphonium is shit i reckon it's going to be the end of KyotoAni's golden age.
Kyoanis golden age ended some time ago.
Kyoanis golden age ended some time ago.
It ended at Clannad and Nichijou.
Kyoani will probably come up with something ridiculously good in the future but it's going to be a long time from now.
They need to adapt more Key
They need to adapt more Key
Still mad that JC Staff was the studio to adapt Little Busters (although the Refrain portion was pretty good, surprisingly).

that was all thanks to key though
jc just didn't fuck it up as bad as the first season
Speaking of CG
I've been forced to watch Code Gayass
I got to that moment
What the fuck just happened
I didn't know you could beat Samflam for levels of escalating quickly
Something about jerking off, cereal boxes and being equal in intellectual fulfillment.
According to Dengeki Visual Arts magazine, Baba Takahiro, the President of Visual Arts, said he wanted to ask Kyoto Animation to produce Little Busters! anime, but Kyoto Animation has been quite busy in producing other titles and Visual Arts could not wait for their turn to come. When the TV anime of AIR was produced, the staff of Visual Arts didn't know how to involved in the anime production. Baba said that at that time Kyoto Animation was the only studio which could produce such a wonderful anime without the help of the original creators. However, the great advance in the production of bishoujo anime and years of experiences of Visual Arts with anime producers have convinced Baba that the production studio of Little Busters anime is not necessarily Kyoto Animation.
Tis a shame
You know I'm always curious on stories behind production failures like Gundam F91 and School Rumble s3
just what caused it to happened and their decisions to still try to do it in a ova or movie forum
So apparently Sentai has licensed Amagi Brilliant Park. This is a bit surprising, seeing as nobody streamed it when it aired and we all had to rely on Vivid to sub it, but it's certainly not unwelcome.
tbh I'd rather have powers to be able to turn into a demon
and all it takes is a crazy party
with lots of blood
Speaking of Key and Kyoani, how is AIR?
I really adore Kanon and Clannad, but AIR seems to get pretty negative/mixed feedback so I've put off seeing it.
Hibike! was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you, KyoAni, for delivering my seasonal moe unto me once again.

depends if you like retard-moe or not

Then again, this was at a time when I thought everything I watched was GOAT.
Hibike looks actually decent, nothing off-putting yet
but god damn high school anime and their "what clubs do I join?!" problems
meanwhile my school had exactly 0 clubs
fuck
Holy fuck that first episode of bakuman
Holy fuck that first episode of bakuman
I was like this for like every episode of Bakuman.
It's pretty amazing how exciting a show about making manga can be.
Watched the first seasion of Aldoah Zero after having it on to watch list for a month or so.
Spoilers for last episode(of the first season).
[sp] holy fucking what. What the fuck just happened. That was one of the most painful things i've ever fucking watched in a good but sad way. I paused when it happened... That was amazing in a fucking depressing way
Lets hope that the next season will keep that moment good(and not temper with cause holy fuck that was powerful.[/sp]
I love Urobuchi's work, I liked all of them so far and loved some of them.

maybe you should take a step back and take off your I luv Urobuchi glasses and realize that he barely had anything to do with Aldnoah, and that the show was fucking terrible with retarded plot armor, micron thin character depth and writing fit for some twelve year old's post apocalyptic fanfic

Slain's reasoning is really fucking stupid throughout the entire show, and the ending put me off of the second season forever.

I don't know s2's ending gave me a good laugh
this next part of senpai club has some super subtle CGI in it, i think i blended it in pretty well but if you look really closely you might see it
