You know, for a slice of life romance shojou, Oremonogatari sure has a lot of mortal danger.
Ninja Slayer episode 3 has the least amount of inferno cop animation yet, making me almost believe that it's just a placeholder for scenes they couldn't finish on time. Even if it's intentional it looks like they ran out of time, thankfully this episode wasn't as bad as the first 2.

Finished reading Kyou Kara Ore Wa. I don't read a lot of manga about delinquents, but I really enjoyed that one. The humor was pretty top notch throughout and I liked all the recurring characters. Didn't think I would like the protagonist that much at first, but some times arrogant, spiteful assholes just make the funniest characters, and this was one of them.
The only other delinquent manga I've read was Angel Densetsu, and while that was still very good, it kind of felt too reliant on one central gag.
I'm just now starting Evangelion and I don't usually watch anime. So far I enjoy it but a little weirded out that all the supporting characters to Shinji are female.

He gets male friends later on, but if the cut and paste cardboard stand-ins with tits are what weirds you out, turn back now. As a rule, anime gets mostly more and more contrived the further you bother to look.

Not really, I guess I just need to get to used to watching anime again. I find all the characters to be rather enjoyable.
Yahari 5 - really fucking great. Iroha really seems like she'll be an interesting character later.
