That looks the same to me, again they just got rid of the "I can't draw" look.
The biggest difference is that the anime obviously doesn't overshade the hair.

I don't know, if someone asked me a few years ago if I thought reasonably priced VR headsets would become as available and perhaps more popular than the Kinect, I'd've probably laughed at the question. I wouldn't be too surprised if full body systems start showing up in homes within the next 20 years at the rate we're going. Hell, I give it 5 before we start seeing some viable, albeit gimmicky perhaps, concepts targeted to the mass public.
The funny thing is that we technically already have full body virtualization thanks to body tracking technology, it's just very expensive for a consumer, and it doesn't solve the problem with walking in a room without crashing or falling over.
On the other hand, walking will be the most gimmicky and less used feature without doubt because it imposes more limits than freedom. If your legs are virtualized and you fall in the game/movie you expect to fall too. That's without touching on the subject of stamina, which will play a major role in both the headset, arms and legs. Using the headset will be tiring over time, but probably not long enough to be a problem for most people. Arms will get tiring depending on the postures required from the game, but in general probably works out well in average length gaming sessions. Legs can get tiring very fast no matter what because you will be standing at all times, so it will only really be something you'd want to do in small sessions and gradually build up into longer sessions. (but then, how do you make the game so good you'd bother with getting tired when you can just play something else or play it without using leg virtualization?)

I thought the artstyle is quite different too, but since it was a reply to Ore monogatari post...
Say fellas I quite liked bakemonogatari but I heard that the first season of ore monogatari was disappointing. (complaints of excessive fan service)
Should I skip the first season and watch the 2nd season or just power through it?
