I failed my drivers test for the third time. I'd be fine if it didn't take nearly 2 months to retake it each time.

I don't get why anyone gets mad at other people who mispronounce their name. Like it's a way of life having a name that's hard to pronounce. Especially when it's spelled the way they mispronounced it.

I adopted a pureblood Flatcoated Retriever from a shelter a few years back. They told me he was abused, and that he would have trouble with trust, and that he has some sort of submissive urination problem, and very occasionally he has epileptic fits.
I've done nothing but give this dog all of my love, I take him to the vet regularly and to a groomer once every few months, and he transformed from a ragged ball of matted fur and sadness to an active, bouncing dog. I've cried while holding him when hes having seizures so he doesn't hurt himself, I've fed him every day and I let him sleep in my bed. But he still acts aloof sometimes, and he pees quite regularly if he's not handled slowly.
It is absolutely disgusting that anyone could abuse an animal, let alone a Flatcoated Retriever. They are one of the happiest, most lovable and absolutely NON-AGGRESSIVE dogs on the planet. Their mental state doesn't change much when they are born, so they act like big puppies their entire life, galloping around with their long legs and jumping up and wiggling their body while making hilarious sounds. They are, in my opinion, one of the best breeds of dog anyone could own, especially if they have children or other pets.
I never learned much about who abused him, or how exactly they did it, but I hope the fuckers were jailed and fined out the ass. Anyone that could break such a lovable animals spirit and trust for human beings permanently deserves worse than that, honestly. It's the same level as abusing a child.

Finally got over having tonsillitis, which in all seriousness was probably the most unpleasant illness I've ever had. At least since childhood.
I now have a rash covering my entire upper-body (including my face, I look like a tomato.) It turns out you can have an allergic reaction to antibiotics after you've stopped taking them.

To add to that, I hate when people act like the inequality is justified somehow. The notion that any Western country is a land of opportunity, where your wealth is directly proportional to the work you put in, is mind-boggling to me.
