Shit That Gets You Mad v21 - FUCKING PISSED edition

Working as IT, I believe some people deserve all the help they can get. And by "help" I mean a red hot tire iron to the face, multiple times
The fucking ungrateful shitheads who can't/won't understand what cause their issues and how they can be fixed and act all important and holier than thou and desire, nay, DEMAND that it is fixed RIGHT NOW even though it's IMPOSSIBLE for it to be fixed right now is grinding my gears to fine dust.
Hiding a couple ~Year Ago Memories~ on Facebook because some of them were pictures of me and my ex when we were together, and I just forgot to delete them.
Why is that making me mad? Because when I choose "Hide Post" it says
We're sorry for showing you a memory you didn't want to see
I really wish there was a feature for when you're tagged in a photo with someone that isn't your friend/relationship partner anymore that it gets hidden.

Facebook is filled with cringy shit anyway IMHO
My friend thinks that the fact that I think Minions are annoying and cringey is cringey
This chick I went to high school with posting on fb pictures of her daughter crying right after taking a bunch of her toys away to discipline her.

Seems a little demeaning
Why do people have Facebook anymore. I've seen my friends Facebook feeds and it was nothing but cringy garbage. I deleted mine a few years back after I realized that I didn't give a single shit about anything i saw on my wall and was wasting my time.
Because I have friends who go to school out of the country that actually still like me.
people who unironically use the phrase "sea lioning"
I put something up for sale on DBA where I stated that they should contact me over my phone instead of using the site to write me, I even gave a proper reason for it.
I put it up a few days ago to find that there have been people who had asked questions over the site.
FFS
The whole social justice warrior thing. "Let me get offended on your behalf".
That and waiting for my father's army files to arrive in the mail. You sonsofbitches, I want to make a shadowbox for him already.
Any time I have to troubleshoot anything.
Immediately followed by hours worth of googling, revising searches, searching particular websites, finding threads with your exact problem with no fucking replies, finding threads where every reply is "I'm having the same problem!", or finding threads where the OP fixed it, but doesn't share how.
And then you decide to post your own thread about the problem, and it ends up as one of those three.
I can't get pissed at people for not replying as I'm not entitled to someone else's time, but god damn this really fucking sucks.
Taking naps is such bullshit. I was feeling tired so I decided to lay down and wake myself up via alarm after an hour and fifteen minutes. I don't normally take naps because they usually leave me feeling worse afterward, but I thought things might be different this time.
When I woke up I had vertigo, a stiff neck, and I was still fucking TIRED
i know im not the first to say this but it really fucking gets to me
whenever someone (usually over the age of 30) finds out i play video games, they assume i can fix all their problems with every device they have (to an extent, theyre usually right though, unfortunately for me) and im too much of a pushover to just say no.
now the real problem is that lately my roomates mother has decided to use me for every single fucking problem. 3 broken laptops, wants them all fixed. wants new phone advice (ok thats fair, but still gets on my nerves being lumped in with everything else), bought 2 new laptops without talking to me and then got upset when she found out what she ended up buying. then she goes to work and she will call me every single day (like this isnt an exaggeration, she actually calls every single day) to talk about mindless stuff that always goes along the lines of "how is my cat doing? boy the weather sure is hot isnt it. okay so my laptop is acting funny..."
i did one fucking thing to help her several months ago just to be nice and now im her personal tech support. and its not like this is the first time this has happened, as i said earlier, almost everyone over the age of 30 i talk to tries to do this when i mention computers in any way. so ive stopped talking about my hobby to most people. im especially sick of how it would be considered rude for me to turn down their requests for help, but its perfectly okay to just assume i want to fix all your shit for free at all times of the day.
if im being paid i wont mind being woken up at 6 am to help you call your boyfriend that much, but if im doing it for free, your call doesnt mean shit to me and i dont care. ill fix it when i wake up on my own tyvm
I'm annoyed that all the hobbies that I want to try are either too risky (e.g. Blacksmithing), or too far away (e.g. Airsoft, Medieval reenactment).
The worst is when they say that you know everything about computers until their device gets a virus.
Then you were responsible.
i just lie about that. when i tell people i cant fix viruses, they somehow manage to stop getting them every other week. i dont get it, but fuck fixing that constantly.
Sure phone, always fucking ring when i am away from you!

Once had to fix someone's PC. I offered a complete reinstall. Asked them if any of hte files should be backed up, because after the reinstall, EVERYTHING would be gone from the computer as if they just bought it.
So, I proceeded. It was a friend of my dad's, I was at their house for like 3 hours, bit awkward. After I was done reinstalling, told them I was done, installed the program necessary and such, let them know. First thing the guy asks: "So, where can I find our photos?". I tell him: "I don't know which photos you are talking about, you told me I could remove anything from the computer as if it was a new bought from the store". He gets angry at me and tells me that all their family photos were on that PC, they didn't have another copy. I spent a great amount of time retrieving their photos from their harddisk using EaseUS Harddisk Recovery (or something), had to buy the program, an external harddrive so I could put the pictures on there. His wife got all pissed at me because the folder structure was lost, because the filenames were gone, and of course it was my fault.
Listen next time, idiots.
edit
This was actually the last time I've ever touched anyone else's PC unless I was 100% certain that the person I was talking to was competent enough to understand what a full wipe would mean

I make people sign a form and then I pull that out if they blame me for anything that was completely their fault.
My feet fucking hurt, I'm tired, I'm the color of a lobster, and I'm dehydrated

I have huge troubles saying no, but if we've reached the point of "can you fix my computer it's running slow and there's ads everywhere and my antivirus won't shut up" then we've reached the point of "fuck it if I fix this shit it'll be right back where it is right now" and I just tell them to take it somewhere because it's not my problem.
Scenario: your headphones are busted. You need to get them repaired, and can do so. To do this, you have to print out a form, fill it out, and ship it along with the headphones to be repaired and paid for, and sent back. However, you don't have a printer or a means to get to the postal office ,and need one other person to take one minute of down time at their workplace to print the form. Then all you gotta do is catch a ride to the postal office and ship it before you get it back soon.
How long should this process take? 2 weeks? Maybe 3?
Try 2-3 months.
That is how long I've had to ask, and ask, and ask, and ask, and ask, over and fucking over to get this done with my parents. And I'm still waiting. It took me a solid 2 months to get a single piece of paper fucking printed, and now getting a ride to the post office is a living hell. Every single god damn day for the paper, for the ride, there's been something they come up with that prevents them from doing it, over and over. I've put a lot of shit on hold that me and my girlfriend could be doing because all I have to hear out of for the past months has been one shitty little speaker that's on it's last legs.
But hey, headphones aren't THAT important, unlike say, MEDICAL PRESCRIPTIONS. I have three medical subscriptions that organizations I work with are expecting me to take, on my ass all the time about where's your fucking prescriptions, we're going to suspend services, and all I can say is sorry because my parents can't take a single god damn bit of time to get me my happy pills so I don't want to fucking kill myself and can actually sleep at night. For months now. It would be easier to just walk to either place. I don't know where the place we're picking up our prescriptions from is but it's not even like the postal office is far away, it's about 5 miles, it takes 12 minutes to drive there. And if it wasn't a constant fucking onslaught of pure sun, pure 100+ degree weather, by this point, I fucking would have walked.
I really fucking hate it when people don't respond to messages. If you don't want to talk to me, tell me you're busy or remove me from your friend list.
Note that this applies to "message seen, no response" type of events. If it doesn't say message seen I assume you haven't seen it.
Also, I think the heat is making me feel tired all day. I don't go to sleep any later than I usually do over summer break but I'm waking up an hour or two later and am finding it significantly harder to actually get out of bed. What gives? Although it wouldn't be so bad if my parents didn't get mad at me about it.

I've never had an issue with it.
OK maybe it's my old ass shitty Samsung phone
Yep, my stance on hating the ever-loving shit out of driving never ends. I had a close call today, and my reaction was less than satisfactory, therefore I need to work on my fucking shitty attitude towards driving, And yknow what? none of this shit works for me, I had a very different attitude towards driving before I started driving school and well before I started to learn the rules of the road. And I swear to god I think I'll just take the goddamn bus to school from now on. /rant

Getting your license is just the start of your driving journey. You need years of experience to become a great driver.

Steam mobile has always been trash though
It's been so hot outside recently. Anywhere from the high 80's in the morning and night to the low 100's in the afternoon. It sucks.
