I've been feeling really sad lately, maybe it's because everyone is going off to college and I'm sitting here unable to afford it so I'm going to community college.
I make $7.25 an hour and work 3 hours a night. Nowhere is hiring, and there's nothing hiring for my skill-set or certifications. I hate my life so much right now, the only good thing in it is my girlfriend and she's even going off to college so I'm going to be alone for most of the week until she comes back at the end of it for her job. :cry:
I got a horrible case of poison ivy/oak/sumac, whatever the fuck it is after pulling vines off the house. Normally I can clean myself off and the rash won't appear, but this time I had a hyper sensitive reaction and it started minutes after contact. This week is going to fucking suck. Kill me. :dead:

It's fine for some people, but not for my degree. The community college in my city is garbage and no one thinks anything good about it.

I agree, the system needs to be more in favor of the family members. I had my mom on a 3 day hold and they did NOTHING because she refused the medicines even though they even said she has legit issues.
Fuck. I might have to get a court order to get her on a longer hold. Maybe you should go to the court and find out what you need to do. I am probably going to go there soon. This week has been bad.
Just finished [B]Fallout New Vegas: Dead Money[/B] DLC, and while I did enjoy the DLC overall very much, there's this ooone little thing at the end that pisses me off:

I got to level 41 at the end of Dead Money, the earlier save before that I was level 27 in Old World Blues, and the one before that I am level 25 before the final mission in the base game... Fucking hell. I literally lost almost 11 hours of game time worth levels and progress.[/sp]

The thing is we have gone to the court. We have been in contact with the county about her and I've been on and off the phone with this guy who really wants to get my mother committed but he can't. He's even admitted to me professionally he can't because she's not a threat and he wants to get her committed so bad. He also said this is one of the hardest cases he's had.
We've had five different people fill out petitions to get my mom committed. The entire police force in my city know about her (because they're there every day if not every other) and they're so goddamn sick of coming over to respond to her calls. They told me the most calls they've responded to in the past two months are purely just from her. My neighbor has a restraining order against her because of her craziness and the neighbors down the street are moving away from her because they're scared for their small children.
My mom has a psychiatrist appointment on the 18th so we're just supposed to stick our thumbs up our ass and wait essentially while she rots and goes bananas. It fucking sucks.
I really hope your situation with your mom gets better GamerChick. Seriously. I can 100% sympathize with you that its horrible and nobody deserves the burden of a crazy parent. If you can't get help for her you just gotta help yourself and get away from her ASAP. Being homeless currently right now sucks (thank god we have people to take Fudge and I in for a bit) but I'd rather sleep on the streets than spend another night with my mother.

Overlord was the first game i played on my 360.
I think it came with the console though and i enjoyed it thoroughly.

It looks kind of like Diablo with how the HUD was laid out and the camera, I wonder how that'll play out.
i don't like myself and i genuinely don't like the world because it feels like there's just so much pain and shit that we could just all not go through and i'm so tired of fighting the same fight every day and i just am not happy with anything and i wish i could be, i've tried, i've tried explaining in text to all kinds of support staff (crisis handlers, doctors, counsellors so on) and to friends and family but it just never yields the right kind of personal change. i've tried to will it, i've tried to make changes, i've tried so many things and i'm still just not happy and at this point it feels like i'm being toyed with by some asshole deity or something

Youtube playlists that have every episode of a series in reverse order. Its even more inexcusable if its a Youtube channel that has been putting up vids for a few years- you would have thought they'd learn how to use playlists properly by now.
