I just got into a huge argument with one of my friends who became a huge atheist neckbeard. Everytime I see him, he starts to try to provoke me into an argument about religion. He's a great guy but it's actually destroying my friendship with him. This argument was triggered by his trying to slip some nonkosher food into my lunch.
When doing working on a group animation project and everyones using 3DS Max, everything's going fine and smoothly. And then there's always that one person who simply HAS to use Maya.

Actually, as someone who is three years into university study and has done countless essays at both the second and third year (on management, marketing and politics) requiring referencing, anything Wikipedia says does need to be taken with a grain of salt. Yes Wikipedia articles have their own references, but they usually have so few references compared to a proper scholarly article that inevitably much of the article content isn't actually from those references. Also if it's for an assignment, referencing scholarly articles shows that you've put the effort in to actually finding credible references rather than just doing the lazy thing and going to Wikipedia.
Scholarly articles also have the benefit of being peer-reviewed, unlike Wikipedia articles which are your average joe moderating what another average joe says.
Anyways, I remembered just then why I don't play racing games online. Got into an online game in Project Cars, and fucking everyone blocks, forces off the track or uses other players as buffers through corners. Fuck, where's the fun in racing if you're going to be an asshole.
VVIS on a map I'm trying to compile taking 8-plus hours, and sitting at the same 'almost complete' stage for about a fucking hour.
It's my fault for constructing the map the way I did, but goddamn I wish the portaling and hint system was a lot more intuitive than it is.

My friend has become incredibly racist and a bit of an ass in the few years since I moved out of Texas.
I feel that this has happened because of the shitty high school he went to and the people he met there, along with visiting sites like 4Chan's /pol/ and other shitty boards there.
Like god damn, the guy has been my friend for nearly 9 years now and he's not a horrible person, but man does the way he acts sometimes bothers me more than it should.
