I recently played a game called Presentable Liberty. Suffice to say, it fucked me up for that night.

Playing RTCW when I was little I hated these guys. They were scary as shit and hard to beat.
Just tried finding a copy of this to play on ebay, not one copy going for lower than $100
It's really a rare game from what I remember a former friend telling me. Fortunately I got to watch her play it and that was good for me . There should be some good walkthroughs on Youtube though if you're really curious.

Played it when I was like 14 and I was disturbed as fuck
This is more of a game that scared me when I was little but then realized it was something I'd come to love later without knowing.
When I was a wee lad, I was watching my Dad play an old PC game in which this crazy ass zombie dude, with what looked like tentacles coming out of a deformed head, broke through a wall and began attacking him. Left quite an impression on me and I had nightmares about that zombie thing getting me in my sleep.
Fast forward X amount of years to 2010 when I finally get myself a computer that can play video games. At this point I had been in love with the Valve games since 2008 starting with the Orange Box collection on the Xbox and PC, so the Half-Life universe was known to me except the very first game. So I finally bought HL1 off of steam and ran into a early point in the game where a headcrab zombie breaks through a wall and attacks you.
At this exact moment in time I had an epiphany that hit me like a truck. That moment was the exact thing that scared me all those years ago as a kid, was the headcrab zombie that I liked now. Suddenly that fear I had as a kid was retroactively removed and I was awe struck that the thing I was afraid of as a kid was from one of my all time favorite game series.

For those unaware, You basically pay $100 just for 2 "premium" cars. And yes, this is the only way you can get those cars.

Spec Ops: The Line, the first play through. The White Phosphorous, [sp] Lugo's death[/sp] and the monstrously vile thing you do afterwards.

STALKER fucked me up quite a few times. Not even gonna lie, it still makes me jump sometimes. And while not really scary in any sense, Dead Space and Dead Space 2 had some pretty fucked up moments, like the dude bashing his head against the wall in DS1 and the mother coddling the exploding baby in DS2 and explodes all over the glass. Dead Space 3 also had the really cool co-op moments where Carver would be going batshit bonkers and Clarke couldn't see any of it.
Oh also if anyone has played the original first spyro game they'll know what I'm talking about when I say these enemies:

In Spyro 2 Ripto's Rage, I was really freaked out when I was a kid with these friendly mystic humanoids. On the other hand, I loved the music that played in that level.
Intro and Extro of that level with them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?x-yt-cl=84359240&v=7oqfVIIsXHg&x-yt-ts=1421782837

And then there's this shit.

Shadow Man on N64. You begin in a pit of screeching husks of people who has been sent to Hell. Worst part is that fucking asylum and the pigmen with meathooks while baby music is playing. Jeeeeez!
FEAR 2
Silent Hill 4 was fucking creepy. I mean those babies on the wall and that doublehead thing with two giant arms.
And hospital level was fucked up too:

was just about to say that. Shit was even more fucked up on a dreamcast because, well, it's a dreamcast.

Don't know why, but the whole concept of shadows and dreams being interconnected sorta stuck with me.
Several of the scenarios in Resident Evil: Outbreak and REO: File 2. Of note, the hospital chapter in File 2 was fucked up on so many levels, even beyond that there's an unkillable man with an axe that chases you around while plants try to suck your brains out. I was 11-12 at the time, so it had a much greater effect, but it was still creepy and disturbing.
