I'm surprised at how well this thread is going. I was expecting a few real experiences and then a flood of anti-drug posts but I have been happily surprised.

Most of the people who seem so anti-marijuana (which is much safer than other substances out there, Opium (Including all of it's family members like: Heroin, Vikadin, Morphine, opium...) and tobacco, hell and cocaine (including crack). And you all get banned, is weed preventing the ban? Or are we less ignorant and more permissive and 'chilled' to even get banned for such ignorance. And Cheech and Chong was good for the first few movies, I just think they ran out of ideas.

I am very high. Just chilling listening to hippie music, cool stuff. I feel like i could just ramble on about anything and it would just be great. Wow all these songs have so much to do with :weed:. I can't stop smiling. :D

I feel like I'm high when I got fever, and turn my eyes to the left/right. But I don't know how it really feels to get high, and I'm not going to experience that either.

It's not physically addictive, only mentally addictive, because you want the same experience, because it's so fucking awesome. And no. You don't lose control in the same way as you with alcohol. It makes you more confident, more sociable, and generally happy. It also makes you contemplate life and makes you think about everything around you in depth - the classic 'high'. The world needs more high philosophers. It's only excessive consumption (i.e more than a few times a week, over a long period of time) that it can cause problems (mental health). But overall, as a drug. It's far less dangerous that alcohol. FAR LESS. It's only because alcohol has historically been in our culture for thousands of years that it's socially acceptable over weed.

It's harder drugs (cocaine, heroine, crystal meth, Ecstasy etc) that I have problems with. It's those drugs that cause the problems. Not casual marijuana smoking and socializing.
