This thread has now become: Post pictures of Beatles albums. I have a feeling this won't last long.

"Easy to play" isn't a reason. Many artists that are considered really good have songs that are easy to play. Led Zeppelin, Queen, Bob Dylan or Iron Maiden. AC/DC and their fans are fine for me. I voted Black Sabbath. I listen to their songs, but never understood why they are considered so godly by many metal fans. [editline]04:27PM[/editline] Also, Metallica should be up there. Their drummer lacks creativity, I have to say.
bob dylan. hands down. his songs are all right right up until the ear-rapingly high-pitched harmonica solos.
Michael Jackson
bob dylan. hands down. his songs are all right right up until the ear-rapingly high-pitched harmonica solos.
And i suppose Stevie Wonder is too hmm? :suicide:
bob dylan. hands down. his songs are all right right up until the ear-rapingly high-pitched harmonica solos.
I've never had a problem with high pitched harmonicas, in fact I love them, for example here:
I haven't heard any of the songs apart from the Beatles, so I can't say.
NONE of these artists are overrated are you kidding me?
I haven't heard any of the songs apart from the Beatles, so I can't say.
Y... You've never listened to Black Sabbath or AC/DC? Paranoid, Iron Man, Children of the Grave, War Pigs? Highway to Hell, Back in Black, Thunderstruck? :ohdear: That is one hell of a rock you've been living under man goddamn. Listen to these and tell me you don't recognise them. Black Sabbath- Paranoid AC/DC- Highway to Hell
These are ground breaking albums that you just need to have. And that has just made the thread redundant :fuckyou: also Bob Dylan is one man.. so its a bit unfair.
AC/DC a million times over. [editline]01:47PM[/editline] Also; I don't see how anyone could have voted Bob Dylan. :colbert:
I voted beatles they aren't that good
AC/DC a million times over. [editline]01:47PM[/editline] Also; I don't see how anyone could have voted Bob Dylan. :colbert:
I dont see why it had to exist.
Ask any huge current day rock star what his/her inspiration was. He'll say The Beatles
Didn't remember what CCR stood for. Sorry I said that. Have you seen the rain?
Creedence Clearwater Revival
No Pink Floyd option? This thread makes me hate myself for liking AC/DC, as they were one of the first bands I ever listened to, I stuck to them like glue. Seen them live on a few occasions and they were phenomenal. Okay yes I have experienced better but that's because in a crowd of over 90,000 people it was hard to get a good spot.
also pink floyd and that prism logo
I have that as my mousemat :saddowns: I chose AC/DC from that list because they just never did anything new or interesting at all. I listened to all of High Voltage and all of Black Ice (two albums with a 33-year gap between them) and I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the two. [editline]11:20PM[/editline]
I don't think Pink Floyd in themselves are bad (hardly ever listened to them), but you can't disagree with the fact they've became basically a cornerstone of hipster culture.
also bands like green day and my chemical romance are cornerstones of hipster culture
either The Beatles or AC/DC. I choose The Beatles.
