didnt they switch directors after the first or second episod bc it sucked so bad
and then it got slightly better but still suk
I have no idea. I don't pay attention to the staff, nor what happens to them at all.
My only source for anything like that is you guys and sankakucomplex.

Yes, they did.
Question: When an anime proofs to be shit, why do you keep watching it?
School Days, just sayin'.
School Days, just sayin'.
Truth.
Other way around.
Lucky Star does not take one 10 second long sequence and loop it over 5-10 times and then to top it all, the sequence isn't even funny.

Reminds me of war movies.
I.E a soldier starts to fire, goes back into cover - they use the same scene as they were in cover before.
Surely it does spare time but meh, it'd make the movie less repetitive if they'd film another scene, not just add the other scene again, even though it is a bit hard to see.

Yeah, because 4 people talking about how they eat the strawberry on a cake makes for RIVETING entertainment. At least in that particular Azumanga scene there is some simple slapstick going on.

Must be watching some shitty war movies.

Kinda war movies are you watching?
Kinda war movies are you watching?
Saving Private Ryan, i think i remember a duplicate scene like that somewhere, not sure though, maybe it was Star Wars or something.
I'm not just talking about war movies either, it's done in loads of other movies too.
Kinda war movies are you watching?
Low budget home movies it seems.
[sp]You got it all wrong. Otonashi wants to help Tenshi because she is just like how his sister was when he was alive. He just wants to help her get friends and live.[/sp]
No, it's more than that. If you payed attention to what Otonashi was saying near the end, the way he was saying it, and the part where [sp]he blushed and looked away when meeting her in the garden[/sp], it's quite obvious. Lots of people agreed with the same conclusion that [sp]Otonashi likes Tenshi.[/sp]

Bullshit.

I can recognize myself in most of the stuff they talk about in Lucky Star.
Also I enjoy just listening to people talk, which is one of the main reason Bakemonogatari was good.
But it needs to be interesting, and what's interesting is as subjective as anything can get.
Like Ghost in the Shell is just filled with bad dialouge where all they really do is talk about the mission and really just revealing everything about it to you without letting you ponder or think about anything because they'll explain everything and every reason for anything happening.
here comes binary

Otonashi likes Tenshi. But the attraction comes from how lonely she is. She is the exact same kind of person that his sister was.
Bullshit.
They can be hard to spot, i don't think it was that movie, i think it was Star Wars.
My point is that i find it bad that companies make duplicate scenes in their movie.

Like Tarrantino or GTA4 dialogue.

If they're that hard to spot then it doesn't matter.
Like Tarrantino or GTA4 dialogue.
Yes.
Quentin Tarantino is excellent at dialogues. Inglorius Basterds was a real masterpiece there.
Whilst others complained about how much boring talk and little action it was in it.
If they're that hard to spot then it doesn't matter.
I agree.
Duplicate scenes doesn't matter unless it's obvious.

There we go.

While this is true in Ep7 after [sp]getting his memories back[/sp], but there are prerequisites from previous episodes showing Otonashi having interests in her in several ways.

I enjoyed Bakemonogatari because what they talked about was interesting. In Lucky Star they talk about boring crap that I don't care about.

No.
This is the truth all the way through.
Just because you can't bring out the memories yourself they will always be there.
You wouldn't be able to get them out of thin air after all.
The attraction towards Tenshi has ALWAYS been her resemblance to his sister.
I enjoyed Bakemonogatari because what they talked about was interesting. In Lucky Star they talk about boring crap that I don't care about.
Same here, just that I found both interesting.
Interesting in different ways of course.

True, i tend to have a keen eye for details, though.
I need to watch something else this season other than Angel Beats and K-ON S2. Any suggestions?

This article showed nothing but the Chinese's butthurtery, since it was the Japanese (or was it a western country?) who originally came up with the sign "No dogs or Chinese Allowed"
