PC just stands for Personal Computer - and Macs use industry-standard parts now anyway. Intel processors, etc.
If you're asking which operating system I prefer, that'd be Linux - if (or indeed, when) Steam hits Linux, I'll finish with Windows.
I prefer OSX for general stuff, while Windows for gaming.
