i cant land a airplane in real life, im no pilot, although i can at least land a Cessna in FSX
I've landed and taken off a Cessna before, Flying is actually fairly easy. Now a commercial jet, if I had some help as to which shiny buttons did what, then perhaps.
No, i'd turn the communiction to the passenger thingy on and say "Now, it's time for your in-flight movie, 'Finding Nemo' it's time to go belly up!"
Oh sure, flying a plane into a building doesn't seem that hard!
Just look how the terriost do it!

What terrorists?
Yea
I've played flight simulators since I was 8, so I'm quite sure I can.
Hooray for fs!!
All you guys think you can do it in FSX, go try it in X-plane.
I can. I watched that part in 2012 where that russian guy stopped the plane in the mountains. That inspired me...except for the part right after where it fell off a cliff edge and went up in flames.

in soviet russia, plane lands YOU!

trust me, i lived there for a month.
you never get used to having a car drive you
Probably not.
I've somehow managed to crash every flight in every flight simulator i've played within 15 seconds. So i'm afraid not...
I defiantly can, and of course the air traffic control guys can help.
The mythbusters were able to do it in a simulator with help. I play way more videogames. I'm sure I could under the same conditions.
At the moment.
No.
i dont think it would be to hard. Just contact the air field, tell them the situation, Fly to water and land in it
With assistance I'd try a normal landing, without, I'm going for the Atlantic or Pacific. Whichever is furth- I mean closer. Don't wanna take one of those for a joyride with crazy passengers on board.
Probably.
It would be a crash landing though!
Totally, I'm a badass teenager with a score to settle.
I'm way too cool for planes, I'm going to land a planet.
If it was in real life, no.
If it was in Top Gun for NES, no.
I am good under pressure, for example I am always the one sorting stuff out when someone gets injured or something goes wrong, and have played Flight Simulator loads but doubt I would know what all the dials and switches were.

i remember that game. So freakin hard to land.
no
yeah i agree because ace combat x is the most realistic flight simulator ever created
that's the joke
My dad works and fixes a flight simlator and i can land it so .. yup !
Or i would atleast try as a passenger flight would be back heavy.
but in a reality i say i would have a 65.5% chance of landing safly
I would crash
If it was in real life, no.
If it was in Top Gun for NES, no.
Maybe not. Seriously, I've never drived a plane before, I think I'd only manage to fly it straight, or "head towards a town's general direction" but landing properly is fucking hard.
This is real life, not a cartoon: the best I'd get would be a "lesser evil" scenario: the plane is actually on the ground, and only a few passengers would die. This means some will. Aaaand, the poor plane would be fucked, and probably on fire.

Yep, a bit like this. But with more fire and possibly casualties.

By the looks of it nobody has died and it's a safe landing imo.
