Yep, the title of the series is Skyland and was developed in France. It's a good series, but it has too much fillers.
copy pasta from another post here

Steampunk:
Low-Tech (19th Century) derivative of Cyberpunk based around Steam Engines and the various uses of them, often in ways that could possibly have worked but were never thought of.

Nanopunk:
An emerging 'punk' based on nanotechnology, a derivative of Cyberpunk. No images to be found
Biopunk:
Less popular derivative of Cyberpunk. Not a lot of images
Clockpunk:
Subgenre/derivative of Steampunk, always closely tied to it, although sometimes seperate. Also known as "Clockwork" or "Clockwerk".

Dieselpunk:
Run-off of Steampunk. Basically the same premise except it incorporates mostly diesel engines rather than steam engines.
There are also several less commonly known derivatives such as Elfpunk, Splatterpunk, and Mythpunk which are usually coined by the authors of their books to try and prey on the more well known terms of "Cyberpunk" and "Steampunk".

:bravo:
But it's western
And to the Osu discussion earlier: Most of you who don't like it either hate the music selection or try the game for a few minutes, suck at it due to lack of practise, give up and call it shit.
That's the case with most people who I've met who don't like the game.
I've played the game for quite awhile, but the gameplay was meant for a touchscreen.

Then get a tablet :3:
If they port osu! to the Nintendo DS, then i'll play it. Otherwise i'mma stick with Ouendan/Elite Beat Agents.

I think there's an iphone/itouch version.

There is, but i don't got no iPhone or iTouch :sigh:
Also osu! on a portable platform would be more suited for Nintendo DS, since it has a larger homebrew fanbase, and you don't have to jailbreak/modify your console.

Indeed.
Also regarding when it seem like I was calling osu! a work of art, I'm going to have to say yes now, like art, it had evolved, I'm a gamer, and I like all genres of games, and regarding the rhythm genre, osu! really innovated and evolved the rhythm genre, it all began as a rhythm game in sync with beats of the music and using dance patterns, then a single coder alone made osu! and evolved it into something more, now using a pattern art style instead of the dance pattern Ouendan/EBA had, osu! now have a lot of innovation and truly is one hell of a rhythm game. Now I already said there's going to be something similar to automap like Audiosurf, if we disregard this, how about we try to get the previous statement and not care how it's made? I mean just request or make it yourself, you still have every song at your disposal to play, so don't give me that song selection argument. Also regarding difficulty, jeez guys it's not even that hard, first for encouragement, all the top 50 players worldwide are mouse players, and a few tablets when passing the top 100, remember not everyone has the money to get a tablet, and not everyone has an expensive mouse either, it's called a rhythm game for a reason, get rhythm, it isn't even that hard, just practice, or watch a replay or on auto and imitate and listen to the song, you're not supposed to rely on the hitcircle overlay when to hit, you're supposed to listen to the music, we have a tons of human living proof it's completely possible to go intermediate/pro even with a cheap set for a computer including Orkel and me. I'm not saying Audiosurf is bad, I love Audiosurf itself, but I'm trying to defend osu! is the same quality as Audiosurf, you still have every song at your disposal to play, it's not really that hard, just have fun and get a rhythm, practice for a bit, and just adjust sensitivities or get your own style of play you're comfortable with.
I rest my case.

Used to, the old game had a dance pattern and a disregard on distancing, osu! has a different style, and hell they even ported every Ouedan/EBA map there and it's still possible with a mouse, heck you can even do better with a mouse sometimes.
If they port osu! to the Nintendo DS, then i'll play it. Otherwise i'mma stick with Ouendan/Elite Beat Agents.
peppy is expanding a lot, there's a possibility, heck there's going to be an osu! arcade he's working on using a big touchscreen monitor, and a spinner to spin and etc.
Remember osu! is a one man made game, and also it's free, he's not getting paid for any of this and he's actually doing a pretty fine job.
[editline]03:53PM[/editline]
tl;dr
osu! still has a wide selection, in fact every song you have in your HDD or whatever, it isn't that hard, get a rhythm, also it doesn't matter whether you have a mouse or tablet, and time will tell on ideas and requests.
