I just watched Kino's Journey in one sitting (13 Episodes). Fucking amazing.
Plot
Kino is a girl. (Apparently) And she is on a journey going to various counties (more like cities). Each country shows an element of humanity or something. I can't quite describe it, but some guy on MAL put it quite well, "Each episode approaches a theme of society, like censoring, violence, communication problems, right or wrong, the ability some people have to bite the hand that just fed them, and so on." The anime's episodes are each a self contained story, but they are extremely deep. Deeper then the plots of many an anime. Just watch this anime. I think it should have a more of a mention on the first page, I don't even understand how it fit's under slice of life anime.

I'm going to dig up and play PaRappa the Rapper again.

Kino really is a girl!
back when I still had the anime channel I watched Kino's journey and the translation were referring to Kino as a guy even though he had the voice of a girl,AND WHAT WITH THE TALKING BIKE?!

Faulty translations, as if it never happened before.
Fuck, I think I've perfected the best way that I can get lucid dreams. About half the times that my alarm clock wakes me up for school. When it wakes me up, I still go to sleep for half a hour or so, but on my back. I never sleep well on my back. This allows me to stay awake as my body goes to sleep (thanks to just waking up, getting to sleep is extremely easy) and LUCID DREAM GET. Had one this morning.
So clock wakes me up, back to sleep on my back, start feeling all tingly then I kinda like "rise out" of the bed into my room which now is a dream. It was so realistic that I had to do a reality check to find out if I was awake or not. So I ran downstairs, out from the door (my father was having a smoke on the porch) and shot a fireball from my hands into the ground. This amused my father. Now I knew I was dreaming, so I lied down on my yard and started to watch the sky. I love watching the sky in my dreams. It's always beautiful. This time, it turned from a cloudy day to a clear, starry night in about five seconds. I saw nebulae floating in the sky, and some kind of ancient fish which looked like bugs of today* but with long tails and such. They were flying in the sky. It was amazing. Then I woke up and went to school.
*Like these, but the large ones that lived in dinosaur-age oceans. Y' know.

Are you sure you don't take drugs Orkel?
They're not dreams, they are predicting the future

Lay off the Red Cordial
There's nothing druggy about lucid dreams though. Unless you make them like that.
I've only tried booze in one, a long time ago. Tasted bland.
why dose that sound like something Miyazaki would make?
It's pretty similar, but there's a bit of a difference. Miyazaki is more centered around people vs nature, while this takes a darker turn and does people vs society people vs people and maybe even people vs themselves.

It's kind of weird at first, it might seem like a put off. Before I watched the anime I thought it would have a moving mouth :downs:. Really, it's weird, but it works perfectly.

so how does it talk, just sound? through the radio? or flashing headlight?
I just realized, the new Zelda game on Nintendo DS is going to be stupid. It has trains in it, so that means this game is based in 1800+, and the musket was already invented.
So if logic is right, Link is going to wield a Gun.
