I never got to make the meatloaf I wanted to make the other day. As much as I wanted to, it honestly has been quite hot lately and cooking something via the oven would make it more uncomfortable. Especially since the air conditioning doesn't really get to the kitchen.
Part of the reason for the meatloaf was the fact that it would have been dinner for a few nights. We ended up ordering a giant Sicilian/Square pizza from one of the local places and while not as "exciting" as meatloaf would have been it served the purpose.
