I was thinking whether it is racist or not to say something like "People of country X are fucking stupid" or something like "Indians are dumb as fuck" (They are, they can't seem to get anything right).
Is it considered racist within the boundaries of normal definition of the word? I imagine it's not because you are not hating on anyone because of their race, nationality or something you are simply saying that statistically that group of people are just dumb.
