Briefs imo.

Not too tight, not too loose, keeps everything together, and it covers up everything nicely. Tighty whiteys are just really snug banana hammocks, and boxers are way too breezy where I'm liable to hurt myself because my nuts are swinging around too freely into the side of my legs.
