I experienced a horrible feeling today while getting my hair cut. My throat started getting ticklish and it was making me cough. It got worse and worse and eventually it led to this. Thankfully I was given a cup of water [sp]with hair in it[/sp] and it went away. So yea, I hate when my throat starts getting ticklish and forcing me to cough. If it's during an exam or something, god almighty I just want to rip it out, vacuum it clean and put it back. A little cross-post.
+exclusives +affordability +ease of use +many choices of input, though any that aren't included are esoteric
Exclusives don't make the platform itself any better, which is what I'm talking about. Input choices aren't a pro over PC since all devices for any popular console also have an adapter/driver for PC. Affordability and ease of use? Sure.
never said that console input devices were ever a pro over pc, in fact i'd say they're roughly on par.
no [editline]5th July 2016[/editline] also you fucked your quote up
no u
no u
You messed up and we all saw it.
- Have to manage extra redundant systems when a good PC already does everything - No Steam overlay, have to switch monitor channels to use your PC (unless you use a TV with most likely ungodly input lag) - No choice in input device - Poor resolutions and framerate (60 fps is still subpar for people with high end monitors) Yeah I can see why you'd want one if you don't want to put money into a gaming PC, but otherwise they're just an annoyance. My life would be improved if they stopped existing since there wouldn't be any more exclusives.
You can't just say "oh well consoles aren't good because they don't do these things that my PC can do" because they aren't supposed to do those things a PC can do. They're consoles, not personal computers.
no i think you totally can say that
like don't get me wrong, i love pc. it's what i'm most comfortable with using and it gets me almost exactly what i want out of games. i just don't understand what exactly about consoles makes them bad. they're a different tool that gets the same job done.

man reverent is such a badass movie leonardo is such a badass and such a good actor i want more movies with native americans
I'm miserable little shit Thanks for listening
no i think you totally can say that
"pc is better than ps4 because ps4 can't run internet explorer" "pc is better than xbox one because xbox one games don't have graphics options."
Arguments when it comes to console/pc are always going to be kind of dumb because they're always going to be subjective, and no one is going to back down because they want to say their platform is better.
I have considered it, I'd rather do that than to die a early death. I just feel there's so much stigma attached to it and the thought of using one makes me feel like a tool. I've tried one once and damn, they're pretty cool! tastes nice and you get gigantic clouds, so fun. it gets you a different effect I've found though, cigs makes me feel better than vaping does but eh, I just like to smoke out of boredom and for the social part. I'm sure a vape would fit perfectly here but aaah, I don't want to look like the biggest hipster around
dont switch to vaping. yeah, its possible to wean oneself off of cigs with vapings variable nicotine levels, but at the same time, its also a whole lot easier to smoke a lot more while vaping than u do with cigs. u smoke a cig and thats it, one cig down, good place to stop. with vaping theres no indictiation, just an endless stream of vape smoke. you can hit that shit all day long and end up taking in 3 times the amount of nicotine than u would jsut smoking a regular cig. plus vaping makes u look like a pussy fag imo.
plus vaping makes u look like a pussy fag imo.
was this necessary
wanna quit smoking do what i did and jsut smoke a little less each day. smoke two cigs a day? cut down to one and a half, then one, then try making one cig last a day. eventually you'll be going whole days without a single cig. and those days will turn into weeks and whattadouknow u quit
Those things are nothing like native mouse support, they have to translate mouse inputs to analog stick inputs which either results in a loss in max movement speed or loss in precision.
in xim3 and xim4's case it's the former. the instructions tell you to turn in-game sensitivity to max then change settings on the device. they also recommend turning off look acceleration and aim assist if those options are available (why are these still not standard options on console games)
dont switch to vaping. yeah, its possible to wean oneself off of cigs with vapings variable nicotine levels, but at the same time, its also a whole lot easier to smoke a lot more while vaping than u do with cigs. u smoke a cig and thats it, one cig down, good place to stop. with vaping theres no indictiation, just an endless stream of vape smoke. you can hit that shit all day long and end up taking in 3 times the amount of nicotine than u would jsut smoking a regular cig.
except you can choose the amount of nicotine you want in the juice you use so if you want to smoke a lot, you use liquid with a much lower nicotine level
plus vaping makes u look like a pussy fag imo.
and this was just stupid to say
1st time in norway and i'm seeing a fuckton of teslas
except you can choose the amount of nicotine you want in the juice you use so if you want to smoke a lot, you use liquid with a much lower nicotine level and this was just stupid to say
doesnt change the fact that with lower nicotine levels its still very possible to vape all day long and still take in more nicotine than u would with cigarettes.
and praise the atlantic road
Me put disc in and play game ooga ooga
like don't get me wrong, i love pc. it's what i'm most comfortable with using and it gets me almost exactly what i want out of games. i just don't understand what exactly about consoles makes them bad. they're a different tool that gets the same job done.
i don't have an issue with consoles existing or filling the casual nice that they fill the thing that bugs me about them is platform exclusives, as well as the fact that in some way, consoles can drag down a lot of pc games. games that aim for multi-platform releases have to make the console release on par with the pc release in every department aside from graphics, which could theoretically limit the amount of things that could happen at one time during gameplay due to memory or some other restrictions. though those limitations are much less strict on the current gen of console.
These sre valid complaints tho, 30fps or lower is not good and i like being able to alt tab into some yaoi before my next blops 3 match begins
valid complaints don't change the objectivity of the console vs pc debate pc leads in the tech sector while consoles are for the mass market and medium experimentation
p.s. pc gaming is cheaper unless you're some bargain hunting god
only notable exception is vr which is both a spearhead of tech sector and medium experimentation
doesnt change the fact that with lower nicotine levels its still very possible to vape all day long and still take in more nicotine than u would with cigarettes.
it does though. you're controlling it. it's not like lighting a cigarette and then feeling an obligation to finish it because otherwise you feel like you're wasting it and your money. you can stop whenever you want, and you can choose such a low amount of nicotine that it might take an entire tank of juice just to hit the amount you would get in a cigarette if you think you'll be smoking THAT much.
