I dont think you can be pregnant from not having period pains, a lack of period would be the reason. my family has done some crazy things, my great-grandfather got captured by the japanese in WWII and was placed on a PoW ship, which got sunk by allies and only 7 of the prisoners survived including my grandfather, and they swam 6 miles to shore just to be captured again
