You might be pregnant.
I dont think you can be pregnant from not having period pains, a lack of period would be the reason. Although, women sometimes think they're on their period when they're not, and they're actually pregnant and dont realise until they give birth. Watched a programme about it once and this women went to the doctors complaining of being tired all the time, and had back pains, they tested her and thought she had ovarian cancer, turns out it was just a baby.
my family has done some crazy things, my great-grandfather got captured by the japanese in WWII and was placed on a PoW ship, which got sunk by allies and only 7 of the prisoners survived including my grandfather, and they swam 6 miles to shore just to be captured again
Eh, most my grandfathers did was go senile.
why would anyone rate that dumb, it's a true story

Wouldn't the massive tummy be a dead give away eventually?
Well he was talking to me, and if I get pregnant I would be worried because I don't have a vagina.
Then you shouldn't be worried about not having period pains. ;)
Some women dont actually gain that much weight to notice.
