I can run for about 15 mins (well jog) before i have to stop because my lungs feel like they've collapsed and it hurts to breathe to the point i am taking 3 VERY short breathes a second, and everything starts to go funny along with sound and sight disappearing. :smug:

I stopped jogging months ago, it was just too painful.

I couldn't breathe slowly and deeply at the time, it felt like i was being squashed and every time i tried to breathe in my natural instinct was to push everything out and try not to breathe in again. It was horrible.
So, overall, trying to get fit to get into the RAF just didn't work out lol.
