And using the control panel isn't common sense. It would only be common sense if everyone in the world was tech savvy.

Go to your recycle bin recycle bin edit: fuck you lolzor
In Windows Vista, you can solve this problem, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. Click Appearance and Personalization, click Personalization, and then click Change desktop icons. 3. Checkbox Recycle bin, and then click OK. Hope it helps :)
