Really? That first link you gave was basically a blog, the second is by Dietmar Rothe- an engineer (not a chemist or physicist), and the third is freaking Wikipedia (not a real source).
Atoms are almost completely empty space ([url=http://io9.com/5871597/brian-cox-and-simon-pegg-explain-why-atoms-have-so-much-empty-space]example[/url]), and the majority of the universe is dark space, which has no matter. Now you bring up the hypothesis that streams of energy run through all this, but according to current physics, there simply isn't a way for all that energy to be spread out that far. It's all packed-together, like how matter is packed within galaxies. Even then, there's lots of space between solar systems and conjoining stars.

It's Jetman, the sentai that came a year before Zyuranger, which was adapted into the first season of Power Rangers. Turns out it's actually really dark and depressing most of the time, and is considered one of the best seasons and definitely the darkest. It's also got moments like this.
