Think about it,the show isn't a medical drama that goes case to case with a team of people going like I NEED 10 CC'S OF ADRENALINE STAT. It's a comedy about friends who all work at a hospital, the medicine part comes second hand and is left very simple. they don't need a complex medical disease to puzzle the team.
