The data in sperm cells are not all identical. Each sperm contains a random mix of the father's chromosomes. If there was only one potential genetic outcome from an ejaculation, evolutionary genetics would have narrowed us down to only releasing one sperm. Each sperm cell has different genes and chromosomes in it to help determine eye colour, eye shape, hair colour, musculature, sex, intelligence, etc.
The person you are was one sperm. If any other sperm had gotten through to your mother's egg, you'd be a completely different person with different looks, tastes, feelings, thoughts, etc. You wouldn't be you. You'd be someone else.
