It was the opposite, actually. At first everyone was really mad Valve was making a second L4D game without adding any major DLC for the first, and with the first few trailers people [I]really[/I] didn't like the characters. Suddenly, opinion turned and THEN everyone thought boycotters were complete tarts; it may have been the new footage coming out of the actual game.
