From what I can make out, there's one guy looking at a newspaper saying that a new planet has been found. He is surrounded by common animals and says "I bet they have pokemon there."

The bottom two panels are of an alien reading a newspaper in alien language which I assume says that they discovered Earth. He is surrounded by pokemon and wonders to himself if they have earth creatures on the newly discovered planet (Earth).
