If the picture was a picture of some hopeless guy pointing at a magazine and saying "This is a clip", then yes, you would be justified in your correction. But no. It's a picture that uses the word "clip". By correcting him, it's almost as if to imply that the word "clip" can [I]never[/I] be used correctly. It seems to work out that way! Any time anyone says "clip", he is immediately chastised.

From my understanding, bullets go in clips. Clips then go in magazines. The magazines go into guns and are fired. So yeah, the bullets came from clips, through magazines. Unless my limited knowledge of guns fails me (and let me know if it is so), the usage is correct- [I]never mind it's a goddamned joke.[/I]
