Sushi or steak/pasta
did that for a week staying at my friends house cause her grandmother would cook all the time I guess and prepare meals... i got home weighing less and I'm trying to keep that whole meal thing up.

I didn't stay inside the whole time. I ran on the beach.. sand is hard to run on.
Walked all over town.
Didn't feel like working out because I was with my best friends having fun.

It wasnt intentional. I overstayed my welcome due to my cousin dying... Since she lives all the way in a freaking pent house by the beach and not bringing enough money[ended up overdrawing 101$, it would be really stupid to order every day.
