If you want something that's both free and relatively professional, there's [URL="https://www.lwks.com/"]Lightworks[/URL], but it's kind of a pain in the ass to learn how to use. I used it for a short while because I couldn't find my registration info for Sony Vegas Pro 13, but said fuck it after a short while because of how overly complicated it was to do several rather simple tasks that Vegas could do with literally just a couple of clicks (that, and I found my shit for Vegas, so I went back to that immediately).
