tbh i wish i had curtains instead of blinds in this room. blinds are a cool, but practically pretty shitty invention imo. even when closed they still let a lot of light in and theoretically someone can still see in from the right angles

i live in a second story apartment and everytime i take a piss the mexican family next door is in clear view from their kitchen/dining room because neither of us have curtains or blinds in those two windows.

when im too lazy to get dressed i have to position my doors so they're just blocking out the view from the windows, jumping between the gaps like some kind of nude gymnast
i have a window literally right next to my desk and im conflicted over the curtains
it feels really nice and comfy when theyre open and i can look outside and see the pretty landscape and the warm sun hits me
on the other hand, the sun shines right onto my monitor and makes it hard to do things
