I have little muscle and no fat what so ever.
I eat 5 meals a day now...for example today I ate fruit when I woke up, pizza at lunch... then fish and some mashed potatoes for dinner... a sandwich a hour later and a bowl of cereal even later... cant gain a pound...
To gain fat eat more less often (less meals the same amount)
To gain muscle workout and eat a lot more throughout the day.
Most people I know got fat at university because they couldn't afford to eat anything other than junk food.
I guess it kind of helps I know how to cook and the junk at our University is as expensive as fuck.

p.s. Have some of you guys never seen short people before? You seem dumbstruck that it's possible to be short and not under 16 years old at the same time or something.

But I'm also a kid.
[editline]1st December 2010[/editline]
you are shorter and weigh less than I did when I was 12.
God dammit. That was 5 years ago.
I'm American, so....
6'5". That is about 195.58 of your fancy Centi-"metres".
240 lbs (Yes, I know I'm fat.). Roughly 109.1 Kilograms.
So, yeah.
Edit: My BMI is: 28.62
Also, that site is full of crap. It says that you can only lose weight slowly, at a rate of 1 pound per night. I can gain or lose around 5 pounds in any given 12 hour span.

I've started losing weight though. Lost 3lbs in the last 3 weeks :c00l:

That's great. I lost 3 pounds just by taking a dump, once.
Fat and tall.
6'4" and around 165 pounds. Used to weigh 185 when I was working out and drinking a lot of protein shakes. Lost that pretty quickly. I prefer being this skinny tho, I'm just working on my abs popping out hopefully soon.
6'2" and i weigh about 195.
I'm trying to ditch this gut i've been growing for the past 3 years and get into shape.
5 foot 9 inches, 130 pounds. Really underweight because of my high metabolism
5'11, 115
Really underweight. I have a crazy metabolism though, so that may be why. Also: no muscle :(
OP needs to change this to BMI, then we can actually find out if we are underweight/overweight/obese.
If any of you are wondering, a healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 29.9.
BMI is bullshit. Stop posting it.
Thankfully someone realizes that, it claims I'm at 40.8
I'm pretty certain the few who've seen me in tinychat can attest I'm not obese.
5'10"
155 pounds. Muscle up in this bitch.
6'3"

I'm 5'9" 142lbs
BMI is normal apparently. Even though I have a slight gut and some slight man boobs.
6'3' and 161 pounds or 11 and a half stone.
Since nobody else has already, I'm gonna plot all of these heights and weights into a graph and see if there's anything interesting :v:
