Yeah I'm really underweight. I have the diet of an obese guy and I do a shit load of exercise, both cardiovascular and weights and strength training etc... it rarely makes me put on weight, however; I just get fitter and more toned.
I guess my metabolism is incredibly fast or something.

That'd be the problem. Just because you have the diet of an obese guy, though, doesn't really mean much.
Get some good, quality protein shakes and fucking down those.

I'm 5"7 and about 8st. If you people are concerned about your weight, check your BMI, (Height in Metres times itself, then weight in KG, divide x weight by x height squared).
I think it has to be between 18 and 25-28 (not sure) for it to be a healthy weight.
