I am an athlete, not much fat. I actually weigh less at the moment, I have sat at around 73 kg during power lifting.
You should have included WHERE you live too... And done separate charts depending on location.

I wouldn't say fit, I would say too thin.[/QUOTE]

Nope. I'm 17. I've been underweight all my life and I've had extreme difficulty gaining weight.

I just started a new weight gain diet last week, adding about 2000 calories to my diet. I'm just 'blessed' with having an extremely high metabolism. I'm eating 3 hard boiled eggs in the morning, along with my cereal.
The diet also includes daily visits to the gym for weight training in addition to my 2 mile run. (Though, it's pretty hard to run the morning after a leg day - as you can well imagine.)
My ribs and abdominal muscles have always shown and been at least somewhat prominent, I've just felt too small for my height far too long and thats what's driven me to start this diet/exercise routine. Already seeing gains, it's remarkable. I regret not starting earlier.

Individuals of Eastern-Asian decent often have troubles gaining weight due to genetics. You've just got to eat more protein and workout as hard as you can. You'll see gains rather quickly.
5' 6" 110-115 lbs. Fluctuates greatly depending on what I eat.
5'6 120lbs
