On special occasion my right eyelid twitches/vibrates like crazy. What could possibly be the cause? I do take in caffeine now and again, but I see no abnormalities other than that. :smug:
Sleep more.

You definently need to take a nap for hour or two
I'm not deprived of sleep. Have about 6-8 hours each night.
It's actually just a random muscle tense. I have this happen from time to time. Source : My doctor that I visit to make sure my liver isn't going to fail.
Everyone's saying the wrong thing? It has nothing to do with sleep, and it shouldn't happen every now and then due to a "muscle tense". You need potassium. Eat a banana.
Everyone's saying the wrong thing? You need potassium. Eat a banana.
Got plenty. Will do.
Wear an eye patch Also don't eat more than 6 bananas in a row because you will DIE

Twitch the other one along with it so people will think "He's insane!" instead of "Ew, he's got a weird eye twitch."
Twitch the other one along with it so people will think "He's insane!" instead of "Ew, he's got a weird eye twitch."
It isn't really noticeable for other people. Just a bugger for me really.
Go insane. The twitch will fit perfectly.
visit an neurologist or just cut it off or more sleep as said before Have similiar problem with my right leg after visiting dentist 6 months ago....It sometimes twitches like fucking crazy
just cut it off
It isn't THAT much of a nuisance.. only if I'm talking to people it makes me lose my train of thought. :v:
my left eye is smaller(not the eyeball)
