I am not sure about aliens. But it is never good to disprove something without firm evidence
The universe is VERY vast and keep getting bigger, so yeah i beleive in alien.
I have found some kind of known Exoplanet simulator.
You pick a star and see how is the exoplanet turning around, the one on the middle is the Sun.
You can enable the "Zone habitable" that are in some star to see where a planet can have life.
