when i was your age i was too. but it was really bad. i went to therapy for 2 years because of it. i would hide in the corner all day and literally not move. i would be afraid to get up and get food or pee. just go to therapy. it helps. a lot.
If you're that worried, double check all the doors/windows. Get some mace/pepper spray and a nice knife.
Then walk around naked like a boss.
Its one of those nights where you go downstairs for food/movie/piss/etc and for whatever reason it just feels different. You stand right at the stairs or door and wait, thinking if you should go even if you have the same routine every night.
I usually just say fuck it after a few minutes and go.

These are natural fears, there's a chance you grow out of it, me, I'm better than I used to be but I'm 16 now and still get jumpy.
I'm scared of staying home alone because I'm so awesome that parties happen spontaneously and then my parents come home and are all mad
I love being home alone, since i was 8. It's so fun. :)
