60's spiderman just kills me. The x/10 one's pretty funny, and also Bad Luck Brian and Dolan/Bogs/Gooby can be funny sometimes too. A lot of the other memes can be lol-worthy at times if done right, which is hardly ever.

The CoD montage parodies were pretty funny, until they got overdone and ruined like everything else.
I don't think Facepunch hates things because they're popular, I think we just hate things that get so popular that everybody wants to do it, meaning a general decline in quality.
Look at all the shitty Gangnam Style remixes and references, the shitty Ainsley face photoshops, and even the aforementioned MLG pro montage parodies.
They were funny to begin with because they were quirky and original. When the general public userbase of the internet (Better part of Reddit, 9gag, Tumblr, better part of Facepunch) gets a hold of it, people's vain attempts at humour and popularity completely ruin it.
