Lol. I like them because even if you only do a little wound with the actual bullet, the fragments are sure to cause plenty of damage.
Fun trivia fact here, John Lennon was killed with hollowpoints. They're great for maiming and quick killing (not exactly painless, though, unless I shot you in your skull).
