Although I'm very pleased with the seed. Tall grass is everywhere so starting a farm will be very easy. I found a mine with lava in it really close to spawn, and got some iron and coal, and built a house. Shit's going real smooth so far.

Okay, the server is like, really fucking laggy. I even run it on the lowest graphics and nothing changed. I can usually run Minecraft at top graphics, so what the fuck?

Friends and people in my class who just have discovered Rage Comics, Memes and Reddit. At my old school people did not know shit about them and I thought that it somewhat funny. But now at my class at the university people constantly talk about fucking memes and post stupid ragecomics on facebook. It is so fucking annoying.

Alternative: Have you tried having a rational talk with him or your mom? Talk to him about seeing if he could possibly respect you and your interests. I generally have laid back parents that I can do this with, but bottom line is [b]if he can't have a rational discussion then there is something totally wrong and you need to talk to your mom regardless and he shouldn't be a parent.[/b]
Being able to talk to your parents about stuff is the most comfortable thing in the world and can really save you some strain on your mind.
Also, where is your mom in all this?
I dunno, there's my two cents.
A bit off topic but still related: I dislike people who think that the amount of friends you have is proportional to the amount of a life you have. Untrue. I have a good amount of friends I have and a couple I could rely on and have a good time with almost no matter what. The people that I see flaunting around saying, "I HAV UH MILLYUN FRENS" are the assholes that (not always but usually) don't actually have any [i]good[/i] friends.
I'd rather have the few friends I could talk to about anything or enjoy instead of a bunch of friends I can't talk to about much.
At the same time I have some hate for people who judge others saying they have no life if they know a bit more than the norm about things such as computers or a subject. For the record, I have a girlfriend and friends, I play the drums and piano, I want to pick up a guitar, I write music, I've got an awesome family, and while I don't float into drama when I am in control of it I do have a life. But what it all boils down to is how much you know about a damn terminal or a bit more about English sayings than the next guy. It's really stupid.
Thankfully, the musician/funny guy/personality in me cancels out the sudo in me, but there will always be the worthless idiots who form opinions based on how much you know as if having knowledge is a meter of obsession. There is a point where I could say the guy who knows how to speak fluent Dovakhiin has a bit of a problem, but just having knowledge or having potentially useful knowledge is not.
