I played the song "How Sweet It Is" by James Taylor on my speakers in the living room, and then my parents started dancing with each other spontaneously. I don't think often about how thankful that I am my parents are still together, but god damn it's crazy how much they still love each other after 20 years of marriage.

The cool thing is, my step-dad would probably be cool enough to at least give me a couple weed brownies. I smoked my first (and so far only) joint with him. He's awesome. Way better than my real dad.
