Do you guys figure a 20-30 minute drive is too far for a relationship? Considering neither the girl nor I have driver's licenses yet and would have to have our parents or friends drive us?

I'm in kind of a hard situation. A few months ago I met an incredibly intelligent ,cute ,and interesting girl that I wanted to get to know better, but not necessarily "date" until I got to actually know her better. But it turned out she was going to move over to a town nearby (about 30 minutes ago.) I told her how I felt the day before she left. Luckily the feeling was mutual and she wanted to meet sometime also and we exchanged numbers. The thing is though it's been a few months since and we've chatted online but we've neither really talked much on the phone. She's currently still interested in meeting as far as I know. Then there's this other girl, I met her last week and she seems also fairly attractive and intelligent, almost more so than the first girl. But she goes to my school and it would be easier to pursue a relationship with her. Though I'm waiting before I tell her how I feel. I fucking hate making decisions.
