For instance, today in band class I had a nervous breakdown during a song we play. I play the drum set, even though it is just snare, hi-hat, and bass drum. When I come in, I start playing so fucking fast. The band director tells me to slow down. I do, but only a little because I'm fucking overheating and there's a lump in my throat and I have a fever. He gets on me again. Each time he does this he stops the band to tell me I'm fast. This happens 5 times, with the last time with him almost yell. My vision gets blurry. I'm fucking about to cry, and I'm playing horribly, and [b]IT FUCKING SUCKS BECAUSE ALL MY PEERS THINK I SUCK NOW. I'm one of the only sophomores in this band and a lot of them are seniors. [/b] Do you know how fucking embarrassing it is to know that your elders are looking down on you? People you respect start to think that you suck? Gonna be spending 2 hours at a public place with the girl I like tomorrow. Holy shit, I'm already nervous that I can fuck up in every way possible. I cant get out of these habits of shaking, stuttering and overall being nervous and annoying. I have a good guess now she might like me too, or I'm just taking every little thing the wrong way. I can talk about other things, for sure, but I just suck at bottling up emotions, and sometimes I need to let off steam by talking about it with someone else, possibly asking for advice, or else I might end up snapping and breaking something. I threw my phone against my door in utter rage because of so much shit being built up. Note that it doesn't happen very often, just when I get someone close to me very pissed off because of something stupid I did... Edit: Before you say anything, video games and violence against inanimate objects (such as pillows) don't help me at all. Only conversation does.
