So essentially along with me biking/swimming I'll lose stomach fat too!

I'm not THAT fat, but still it gimps me. Parkour is the number one thing though, it's just awesome.

Honestly, it's mostly jumping, rolling, and running. But it's doing it in such an awesome way that gets me. People can't find the difference between freerunning and parkour though, it's sad.
