A switch must have been flicked in my brain recently, because while I've been drinking coffee for years and always loved the smell and taste, I can suddenly hardly stand the smell of brewing coffee. I still love the taste (though it's notably started tasting not as good), but the smell, oh man, I don't understand why I suddenly hate it. It's not just my coffee, either. It's all different brands, cafes, everything. Anyone else ever have something like this happen before?
Skype's blurry profile pictures are also frustrating. I'm supposed to look presentable, but instead you can barely make out my face.
We live in a really fucking awkward time. I can't think of any other time where people have been this afraid to say anything that's on their minds, no matter what side of the political spectrum you're on. It's kinda scary. [editline]5th October 2016[/editline] I don't think racial tensions have ever been this high, at least not for something like fifty years.
Things just seem a whole lot worse because the media puts a massive close up on anything that is terrible. But sure some things are a whole lot worse like pollution and whatnot
My Corsair VS550 died on me today. A brand new six-month-old power supply, supposedly as bad as the CX series of power supplies but eh. Disappointing that it was only able to surpass nearly 7 months of pretty much everyday use for an extended amount of time most days. What makes it worse is that I forgot where the power supply was bought from in case it is possible to return the PSU and maybe get a replacement or a refund. Shame is really, my luck with Corsair products is pretty fucking bad in a nutshell...
I JUST GOT THROUGH HALF OF THE WALKING DEAD SEASON 6 EPISODE 9 OH MY GOD I FEEL SO TERRIBLE

ANyway I have laundry but I'm too lazy to fold it so now I have like 2 weeks of laundry to fold.
I recommend EVGA power supplies now that I have one, it's nice, powerful, and has support behind it.
Debugging hidden windows BSODs is HOT GERBAGE. Supposedly it's pointing to the printer connected to the USB port of our ASUS router that I had to use some bullshit middleware driver to "bootleg" the normal windows drivers since ASUS' amazing dev team decided to not let the printer show up us a normal network device. This is beginning to piss me off and several other people have been having sleep/shutdown issues for the past week and nothing is resolving it.
There was a comment on imgur the other day that went something like, "I was smacked as a kid, I ended up with this psychological disorder called respect" with like, 900 upvotes, and then another saying "this generation is unaffected by the disorder" Sometimes I forget that imgur can be just as bad as facebook

That thing sounds like an idling diesel engine now.
I need to stop getting over-excited and learn to chill the fuck out. Basically I was super bored yesterday and wanted to message with everyone on facebook. Guess what, not everyone's having that much free time as I do so I shouldn't get paranoid over not getting replies. I'm an idiot
I still don't get why someone would steal a towel, and it bothers me.
I recommend EVGA power supplies now that I have one, it's nice, powerful, and has support behind it.
I intend to buy a SuperNova G2 650W power supply, hopefully in the future. I was previously recommended it when my old power supply gave way before I bought the VS550 but my dad wouldn't let me buy it because it was too expensive he thought. He he lets me choose my power supply again, I really hope he lets me get the SuperNova.
A dream i got for several years is to make a dope ass home cinema theater (also for gaming) and it makes me sad that it will still take bout 5-6 years till i can start realizing that.
Got lectured again in middle of work by teacher because: -saying a swear word like dog, shit. Meanwhile 1 meter away from me,there is a kid who shout dick as loud as possible. -She said that im rude to my principal when she scold me about the hair. The truth is,the principal ask me the reason i didn't cut off my hair,so i explain her the reason (without even raising the voice) After that, she told me to not complain, reason, protest+Just accept this when she gonna told these shit to my mother tomorrow. Don't you have a better fucking target other than me?
My student exchange trip is cancelled - back to sadness. We had a group interview on Skype in the middle of the school day. My classmate and I had to call from the same room, all while some teacher would look over our shoulders. Better yet, said classmate changed her mind at last minute: she didn't want to go. Needless to say he didn't keep us waiting for his decision to reject us. [editline]edit[/editline]

Anyhow, our respect for the father is significantly less in me and my sister than it is in my brother. But that might be somewhat to do with his general incompetence rather than the times he beamed in sadistic joy as he knocked heads together. This wasn't what you'd call an abusive household though. We weren't bad kids, so it didn't happen that often. I suspect my dad didn't enjoy it as much as he led on, that was just a way of making it more terrifying to misbehave. Honestly, I think kids need negative reinforcement for bad behaviour. I'm on the fence about smacking, because I don't think it's inherrently bad in small doses, but the people who champion it as a great tool are probably the fuckers that just wanna beat on kids rather than properly go to efforts to raise them.
Mafia III is locked to 30FPS on PC
I really don't want to use the phrase "IT'S 2016 PEOPLE" but goddamn why are developers still doing this
I really don't want to use the phrase "IT'S 2016 PEOPLE" but goddamn why are developers still doing this
Apparently it's only the review copies or something I have no idea
I really don't want to use the phrase "IT'S 2016 PEOPLE" but goddamn why are developers still doing this
Because it's easy to make stuff only work at a certain framerate and then if it goes beyond that it goes crazy.
Because it's easy to make stuff only work at a certain framerate and then if it goes beyond that it goes crazy.
So, lazy developers. Great. Also like mentioned above i just saw that it is only for review copies
Because it's easy to make stuff only work at a certain framerate and then if it goes beyond that it goes crazy.
I have a framerate patch thingy for GTASA that bumps it to 60 and the game still works fine, so there's no reason for that in 2016
So, lazy developers. Great. Also like mentioned above i just saw that it is only for review copies
Less lazy developers, more people in suits pushing them to do stuff faster and get it out the door faster.
