If I had a dollar every time I got bailed on last second, I would've been so fucking rich by now it's not even funny. Again, it happened. Been doing so for quite some time already. Why do I even try to make plans with friends if all they do is say "oh can't" and then go do whatever with other friends. Like, fuck, you fucking promised me you'd play and then nothing. I'm half mad, but not as mad as I am dissapointed and I look real fucking mad as it is.
Some people just don't know how to not be obnoxious to the people around them. There's these two guys sitting next to me and my dad and they have their phones on full blast while they play games on them. I mean, the stuff hasn't even started yet, but fucking come on.

A couple of days ago I was in a dollar store with some friends and this 80-year old condescending cuntwagon and her (assumed) husband walked up to us and goes "I think the toys are on the other end of the store" in a super fucking condescending manner because we were making fun of a really, really shitty "the elephant goes trumpet trumpet (direct quotation)" children's book at enough decibels to where her hearing aide could pick our voices up like I'm sure you fucking live here at the Dollar Tree and buy all your shitty gifts to your grandchildren from here but you don't own the fucking place and you're certainly not in any position to be complaining about disturbing the peace when you're causing totally undue conflict

Trigger Warning: oppressive white male viewpoint This was on my newsfeed today: [t]https://scontent-yyz1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-0/s526x395/13902559_576356902546578_6158118912666741919_n.jpg?oh=3dbac7d542108406de09cac732a32f31&oe=5853745F[/t] And all I can do is shake my head and groan. Look, if you're so easily offended by people calling you by the wrong pronoun, maybe you should see a therapist. I, a straight white cisgendered male, get misgendered because I have softer-than-normal features for a guy and my hair is usually long. Do I flip out? No, I politely correct them, or if it's someone I don't expect to ever interact with again, just ignore it altogether. My point being, to some people, I look like a girl, and it doesn't really bother me. Pardon my raging transphobia, but if someone looks like a girl to me, then I'm sorry, but at first glance I'm going to assume you're a girl. If you correct me, I will do my utter best to call you by your preferred pronoun, but if you go off on me about DID YOU JUST ASSUME MY GENDER?!?!?!? I'm probably going to roll my eyes and fuck off. Is it going to get to the point where we need to have tattoos or badges on our clothing that display our preferred pronouns? Because if these people consider "oops I didn't know you were transgendered" a form of violence, excuse me I'm going to get a male symbol tattooed on my forearm. This is bugging me more than it should, but I've had a frustrating morning. The cat puked right under my computer chair and in cleaning it up, I nearly threw up myself.
oh no how dare people strive to be NICE, jeeze
My point is that you don't need to be a prick to someone because to them you look one way and identify as another. If you're wearing unisex clothes, have short hair and a deep voice, and I refer to you as a guy and you get pissy at me, then I have a problem. I'm sorry but to me, you looked like a dude. If I had been told beforehand that you identified as a girl, I would have done my best to remember that oh, she may look like a guy, but she identifies as female, so I will refer to her by female pronouns.
How do you get a cold in the summer. how

Ugh. Hungover. Why did I do this to myself, I totally forgot my tolerance has gone way down.

moved to a new city and i'm getting bummed out about not having many avenues to meet new people
oh no how dare people strive to be NICE, jeeze
Being a prick just because you get ""misgendered"" is not being nice.
Being a prick just because you get ""misgendered"" is not being nice.
Misgendering someone in the first place is worse lol Making an honest mistake and owning up to it is fine but if you refuse to respect someone's gender identity you can go fuck yourself

For example, there was this strip where a ftm trans gets turned down by a couple of gay men, then goes on to say gay people can be transphobic too. I mean, I appreciate the idea of pointing out that bigotry isn't limited to a specific demographic, but people's sexual preferences are their own, you can't call people bigots for having them. I don't see why you have to be so aggressive.
God I hate Suicide Squad Joker so much. Why does he have to talk all the time like he's having a stroke? Well, at least Harley, Deadshot and Boomerang offered something to the movie.
Misgendering someone in the first place is worse lol Making an honest mistake and owning up to it is fine but if you refuse to respect someone's gender identity you can go fuck yourself
You don't get the right to be a prick because someone "misgenders" you. I find it funny how the trans community, which wants to be accepted in society, constantly does/says things that won't make anybody like them. It's one of the reasons I stopped taking them seriously.
oh no how dare people strive to be NICE, jeeze
Look, I get that misgendering can be discomforting to some but if you just went "I actually identify as female/male", I'm sure most people will respond with "Oh sorry, I didn't know! I'll remember that" and that'll be the end of it. No need to kick up a fuss over it. If they get all pissy and go off on a rant about how tumblrina shit is destroying society, feel free to cut them off, I know I would myself.
oh no how dare people strive to be NICE, jeeze
Seriously my friend Taylor (previously Hunter) came out as trans middle of the year after two years of knowing her as a him. Did she bitch and moan every time I accidentally used the wrong pronoun or name because I forgot? No, she just reminded me that it was Taylor now and I went "oh, right" and instead of being overly offended like a dumbass and destroying our friendship, I now know her as a female and refer to her as such because my brain's finally registered the name and sex change.
I hate it when my cat bites my toes. The little fucker bites HARD.
