fuckin ell I can go on all day about how much I do not like the mass [del]media[/del] trash
they are attempting to bash pokemon go and innocent users of it again
a new pokemon store opened today, and rather than celebrating the opening of the store, they decided to make all the people there look like idiots who use their smartphones while walking
even though they did interview people about the store and pokemon go, very little of that made it to television, and instead they MADE people open their pokemon go app in the middle of them shopping and recorded footage of them using it, then only showed that on TV and kept on going on about how bad using smartphone while walking is
and they wonder why less people watch TV now

they do this in Japan too?? Shit this is the last place I'd expect tech bashing from

Oh trust me this is the least of the problems with the mass media here...

Japan is sometimes not that different from what we imagine. I remember reading comments on Smash Bros Wii U DLC reveals and... it's very similar to NA players vocal disagreement (like "waste of a character/slot").
On topic: I'm super tired right now due to the weather. I could fall asleep right now but I'm at work. However, the moment I get home, I'll feel fine and it pisses me off. Why can't I be fine now and then be tired to fall asleep quickly later?
Shit sucks. And feel bad with anyone who interacts with me because A) I look like I'm not interested in what they're saying B) I have less tolerance and patience which C) leads to me being mad at myself for acting this shit.

What other problems are there, out of curiosity?
I mean like, I use the program so infrequently, about as often as I reformat my computer, so it seems that every time I need to use it, I have to install it.
Also yea, some friends of mine prefer Skype. Sucks even more when you have friends who want to use other programs like Teamspeak or Evolve.
Try to convince them Discord. They don't have to install the client to voice chat.
I fucking hate MEGA. Yes, it's got some nice features like decryption keys and shit but I don't like their weird custom downloader or the fact that I need to leave the tab open for however long it takes to download (the eta on this fucking 1.3 gig file is [del]45 minutes what the actual hell and I know it's not my internet speed[/del] nevermind it went down to 8 after I finished typing this whatever)
I asked a weekend off so I could go airsofting with a friend. I asked at least a month before and the request has been rejected
If I never have to hear the names 'Donald Trump' or 'Hillary Clinton' or another Trump joke it'll be too soon.
Election season makes me wanna blow my fucking brains out.
What other problems are there, out of curiosity?
These are just the ones that I can think of off the top of my head so there is probably more than this but one is how they say shit with no knowledge at all of the subject. Back when we had the big earthquake in Kumamoto a few months ago there were some buildings with "expansion joints" in between segments of the buildings which broke, which were SUPPOSED TO break in the event of an earthquake so that the entire building does not break. However, the media acted like it was not supposed to and made a big deal out of it.

Also during the same big earthquake, their big news vans were taking up space in the parking lots SPECIFICALLY for those who had to evacuate. At the same time, they were pointing their cameras at the inside of cars where people were resting, broadcasting without the consent of those people. Those people were also getting tired of ""interviews"" so they specifically put up a sign saying no more, but they did it anyways. The whole deal was insanely sensationalised in general, making the earthquake look like it was much much worse than it actually was. Of course, people like me do not think that way, only the gullible old people do. I also want to say that most of their news coverage is on the negative side of things - and sometimes it literally sounds like propaganda to me - but hey, is that not something that happens in the states and such too?
This is old one,but god its really unforgetable
So,my immature self is dicking arround in the house, until i discovered a reachable lightbulb switch.
I turned it on,then its work,so i stand up on chair like statue of jesus christ in rio de janeiro.
Until the lamp blew up like a fucking shotgun (complete with popping sound),causing blackout in my house.
I was extremely shocked and lose my balance, then i fall flat on my face,my father got angry and he scolded me for being a hyper-active jerkass.
Turn out, that light bulb is very old,its literally stay in there when my grandma is still arround 18 years old
That teach me a lesson to never dick arround ancient stuff without proper attention
I fucking despise it when a question you ask on a thread gets ignored for nearly a week and then someone asks a question and suddenly there's 10 people out of nowhere to answer them. That's okay then, I guess I'm just completely fucking invisible to everyone but go ahead and answer all the other questions.
Fucking ALLERGIES.
I hate talking politics with my mother. We hardly agree on anything, which wouldn't be a problem except she makes threatening or insulting comments to me every time it comes up.
Halfway through an hour long discussion, she implied she plans to disown me if I vote for someone other than Donald Trump.
It's almost certainly an empty threat, but at the same time I wouldn't put it past her to actually do it.
Thats messed up. But wasn't voting a somewhat private thing?

I wish there was medicine that's not a sugar pill AND also doesn't make me sleepy as fuck when i take it. The only pill that works for me is Benadryl and if I take one I'm KO for a few hours after that.

Once you build up a tolerance to Benadryl it's fucking amazing.
It helps with my allergies and I'm not sleepy after like, 16 years of taking it.
Also Zyrtec works fairly well.
I hate how I have to look busy at work because most of the time nothing happens and if you're caught twiddling your thumbs, you have to shit out work from your ass pronto. There is fucking nothing to do except watch the clock moving its handles, what the fuck do you expect me to do? Call the customers to ask them if they have any problem with their computers whether they do or not?
I'd rather keep reading my book or watching a video while I wait for nothing to keep happening.
But no, the boss who gets to do fuck all expects you to be busy 100% of the time, even when NOTHING HAPPENS!
Eugh i used to work at a WiFi installer & supplier, we did WiFi for uni's, hotels, hospitals, barracks etc... and i was on the support calls. Sometimes we used to have days where we'd get a phone call every 10-20 minutes which was alright since it made the day go quite quick.
But some days we'd have about 3 calls. I'd be there just googling random shit to try and make time go faster. What was even more annoying was that my computer was right infront of the bosses wife but the other 2 guys that were at the same level as me were in the corner and they'd just be playing games all day, one guy even brought a portable emulator on his memory stick and played Gamecube games during the day.
Thank god i don't work there anymore.
So I texted the manager of the job place thing yesterday and there's still no response. It's been a week since he said they got the store keys so wtf is going on? I need a job NOW. Fuck if it doesn't start by next week I will probably end up saying fuck it because its a temp job and searching for a fulltime job for another 2-3 months. Fuck. I have to help my bf pay utilities when we are at the apartmemt dammit. We are moving on sunday too.

It's shit that you might not get a job but I'm glad that you're moving out of your crazy mother's house. I haven't visited this thread much lately, anything new on that front, if it's not too much to ask?
So remember the part where my dog died like 3 weeks ago or so?
Well my parents took it really hard and needed another companion to fill the void, so the other day they found another dog at a local shelter and adopted her. On the day we got her she apparently caught the same doggy cold that doctors thought our now deceased dog had that turned out to instead be cancerous tumors resting on her trachea. Easy mistake to make and it didn't really change much.
Well it turns out that our new dog, Bella's, cough wasn't the Kennel Cough like the vets thought but a case of pneumonia and my parents had to take her to the pet ER at 4am.
Everything was a mess for my dad, such as the Uber ride over where the driver made a bullshit claim that she peed on the seats even though she was in my dad's lap the entire time and wouldn't show proof, and then told my dad she hopes Bella dies a painful death and she's filing a claim on him.
Even besides that, Bella apparently went into shock and is now a complete mess and will be staying 1-3 days in the ER to treat her sickness, which according to the vets formed while she was in the adoption center and vets there should have noticed before handing her off to us.
And then there's the fucking finances. In the past month between our old dog and Bella my family has spent 6 thousand dollars of our savings in pet needs between vet expenses and adoption fees. It's just been a complete fucking mess for everyone.

Well shes getting more paranoid and thinks I've stolen her car and been abducted as usual. Hopefully I wont hear her bitch too much when I take all of my stuff here this weekend since i need my crap.
Anyways I'm gunna apply to an internship and if they call back I'm just gunna decline the other job offer. Fuck it. I'm done waiting around.
I moved our trashcans to the curb and it's so hot outside.
Summer, please stop.

AND IT'S STILL HOT AND HUMID AS FUCK.
In the meanwhile it's been cold enough here last night that further up north, the temperatures reached 0c during the night. I just saw a picture with a partially frozen landscape because the morning dew froze overnight on Facebook.
Today it felt like it was bloody Autumn with rain pretty much all day long and no more than 15c. At one point I was tempted to turn on the heat here, which my grandparents have done during the day.

It's over 90 out here right now, and the power knocked out twice today. Sitting in a hot, stagnant house sucks.

Are you in texas too? Checked the forcast and it looks like a front is moving in this weekend giving us rain and high 80s for a few days then only up to 90s. Better than this 102+ humid bullshit at least.
Holy fuck western PA feels like a fucking jungle. It's so damn hot and humid, i think i'll just stay in my room where it's air conditioned.
Buying bras is fucking complicated. I haven't bought a bra in like five or six years and I can see why. This market is incredibly unreal, and it's not just that-- there are too many sizes and every website I go to is so different with how they measure everything, from bust to band size. AUUUUUUUUGH. Nothing comes cheap in my size anyways, fuck it. I will wear the same granny bra I've been wearing since I was a fucking baby I guess. I guess I'll just die in this bra.
If you don't understand the experience of something, you shouldn't give advice on it.
Don't say "money isn't everything!" to someone who can barely afford to keep their utilities running if you're a rich kid. Don't give advanced computer advice when all you ever did was play Minesweeper and make one word document. Don't allow your mouth to say "looks aren't everything!" to a hideous person when you're a bombshell who attracts everyone that looks at you.

Agreed. I'm like a b cup and since I'm kinda beefy in the ribcage (like legit it's my ribs not my flab) I can never find any that fit. Like the problem is that if I find one in my band size with a cup thats supposed to be a b, the cups are like 2x bigger than the next band size down which means I then have to find an a which usually squishes me, especially when my tits get swollen from my birth control. Dafuq? Then on top of that EVERY bra is a c cup or d cup which removes like 99.9999% of cute ones out of my tryon pile. Same issue for my friend who's an f cup too, she usually has to squeeze in a size or 2 smaller and bigger ones are almost always for grandmas and really pricey. I only have like 3 bras that fit me correctly and they are from highschool and really worn down. Only other one that fits good is a fancy lingerie one that was like 50 or 60 bucks so I hate wearing it all the time since I don't want to fuck up the lace cups and band. Luckily for my birthday my bf got me a multi bra pack, but he destroyed one since he didn't know bras can't go in the dryer. At least the rest fit ok. I'm boobmad now.
Also I had a mega sugar crash coupled with bad cramps that made me pass out for the last 4 hours. Oh and my bf had overtime and he hasnt been home since 6am. Ugh.
I hate when early access games put a bunch of bullshit in that you can't really experience anyway because it's optimized as shit.
Don't really feel like playing most of the games in the Humble Bundle right now because of it.
I can't stand laugh tracks, it makes any TV show that has a "live studio audience" unfunny at best and horrid at worst
