Justice systems around the world that rely on shitty punitive practices.
As an unstable person who'd probably commit suicide if they were imprisoned, it makes me sad to even hear about them. Especially when I see people saying "Glad X is facing justice" or "Glad Y will rot in a cell for a long time."
Why does every goddamn class anymore need some additional $70 online access thing.
Checking out the latest Humble Bundle. All mostly games I'd want: it's a bundle of Playstation games from Capcom.
The problem is that all but one of the games I don't own are on PS3, a console I never plug in anymore because the rest mode on the PS4 makes it probably the best media center I could own (I dunno how the xbone compares, I'm not buying one to play Sunset Overdrive and Halo 5's story mode).

You can't buy a pre-owned online book.
You can't buy a pre-owned online book.
Well you can, you just have to buy the $70 code separately. Also I don't mean an ebook, I mean some online program you have to have access to to be able to do homework and shit. MathXL or MyMathLab and the like.

That's what I mean.
You can't get that code from someone who took it last year.

I like to think of the justice system as...temporary? We don't exactly have a way to "fix" criminals yet.
It's fucked up to keep people in prison, especially mentally ill people, yeah, but it's not like we can just rehabilitate everyone.

Got my account back. I guess I had one of the best.. hacked account experiences..?
I went from (in 2 days, mind you) 1M to 1,31M exp, and from basically no money left (spent it all on training) to 650k in valuables
thanks mysterious hacker guy
I recently lost a bet, and my friend did not tell me what I had to do until I lost the fucking bet...
I have to %100 finish Huniepop so he doesn't have to worry about his parents coming in his room and witnessing him looking at anime boobies.
Great.

I understand that rehabilitation might not be possible for everyone, but even then, a system that relies on empathy and not punishment would be much more likely to make criminals reconsider their actions. Sort-of like Hanns Scharff's interrogation tactics, for example.

My professor isn't a total cunt and sends us the powerpoints after the class ends every day.
Which is good because otherwise I'd have the same problem.
This reminded me of the bullshit that was History in high school. It was just 45 minutes of copying notes projected on a screen with the teacher reading them. It was so fucking boring and I always nearly failed those courses (we only had one teacher teaching history, and multiple courses).
THEN there was this fantastic, GREAT idea that extended ALL of high school lessons to 75 minutes. So then it was 75 minutes of copying notes and not just passing out from sheer boredom was a chore. It was extra-tough because I always sit in the front row because the back row seemed to be targets for questioning and my strategy was to be as much in the teachers face as possible to be ignored the most. :v:
I hate it when I think of a brilliant shitpost but can't post it because I know I'll get banned for it
I want to rip hector's voice from CoD,but i dont know how to extract Audio files from PS2 Iso file.
Inside the iso is .bin file, and i dont know how to open it
Already used PSound, but the voice come out very high pitched
Tried to tinker with pitches in audacity, some of them work, and some of them too high pitched
I never thought ripping sound from ps2 games can be this hard

I once had a lecturer who didn't upload his powerpoints to the online system like everybody else did. Before I met him I thought it was a bit of a dick move but obviously he was just serious about attendance.
Turns out he didn't upload anything because there literally wasn't anything to upload. Every lecture was him standing and reciting theory from memory. He didn't even carry notes. The uni absolutely fawned over him because he'd written a bunch of books, but he was probably the most out of touch and delusional man I've ever met.
I still have notes where I had to guess how to spell theorist names, but it didn't matter anyway because everything he talked about was relevant in only the most abstract of ways. I honestly thought he was high most of the time because the way he rambled on more accurately resembled a stoner talking in circles than it did an actual professional academic.
Bad PC ports are so god damn obnoxious.
In particular, ones you literally cannot play without a controller (Dark Souls) or are just incredibly, incredibly broken (SR2), or so badly optimized you can't play.
I have a copy of GTA IV that I've had for years now. Couldn't play it on the computer I had at the time and I can't play it on the computer I have now, all because the game runs like dog shit even on modern systems.

I imagine Mike "Let Loose The Noose" Stoklasa gets himself into a lot of trouble.
I have to get up in less than 4 hours and yet I'm not at all tired for literally no reason.
asdfa sdI thought it was Friday today and got happy because I thought I could relax
I just want to get rid of the stress of school
I can't work well on hobby projects I want to work on, and that bothers me a lot because I have this sort of workaholism
I've been looking to buy a new TV. But they simply don't make any 4K Smart TVs that are under 40". I'd like to have a 32" TV since 40" or larger is simply too big for my room/apartment...
Not everyone wants a 60" TV that takes up the entire wall.
I still haven't gotten my ALIVE 2007 t-shirt I ordered from the Daft Punk store a month or two ago.
I'm beginning to think it was either delivered to the wrong place, or was lost in the mail, or customs took it for some reason.
Dear Mr. Crackhead that TRIED to mug me and my GF last night
When picking out potential mugging targets try and pick someone who isn't 6'4" 265 Lbs and wearing a shirt with a giant logo OF A HANDGUN MANUFACTURER. Really dude really? out of ALL the people you could pick you decided I was the best bet? Also if you are going to mug someone you may want to bring something other than the smallest folding knife you could find cause unless you were planning on stabbing my big ass like 20 times it's just gonna piss me off. Also if the mugging target just laughs and says "oh you done fucked up" as your trying for his wallet perhaps you should take that as a hint and stop your current action. I hope the Laser on my P320 blinded you
See you in 5-10 years
Sincerely
This redneck motherfucker
More and more sites are starting to pester me over having an ad blocker. It's like "Hey, you don't want a trojan from one of the dozens of shady ad agencies we didn't research before whoring ourselves out? Well fuuuuuuuck you!"
Ad blocker harassment blocker when?

right now https://reek.github.io/anti-adblock-killer/
Went to archery practice today, but on the way over on the subway over to the range, everyone and their dog was looking at me as if I was going to kill everyone on the train.
I mean bruh, I have 6 arrows and they're all in my bag. I can't kill all of you and I don't have the mental capacity to. They called the police, but I talked to them and they said I was fine. Fucking assholes in SF make it hard for me to enjoy my shit.

Well that's your problem lol
Some people do need to be locked up, and some people do deserve to rot. What should we do with rapists? Tell them "aw well darn you did a bad, off you go!"
When you get older you'll see how seedy the world is and how it's good to have some people incarcerated and away from society. Be glad we don't hang them anymore

As far as i know, Google is going to punish sites that have either annoying ads (aka large or almost impossible to click away) and sites that don't function with a adblocker, punishing as in that they will appear lower in search results (that can affect a site badly)
What's the point of having the "Ready to start" feature on Xbox One? I have yet to see a game where you can do anything with it while it's downloading. Might as well just not have it sitting there tempting me.

Locking someone up to protect everyone else seems pretty understandable to me, though I'm pretty sure whether someone deserves to rot or not is pretty fucking arbitrary and solely up to each individual's opinion. Also, I'd imagine that he already knows that the world is a piece of shit, and I don't think that should arbitrarily prevent him from being annoyed about it.
